Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I was told I had to pay an extra $2 for crispy onions, even though I have never been charged for them at other Subway locations. I agreed to pay, but when I checked my receipt, the $2 charge was listed as “Cafe Bakery” instead of crispy onions. I questioned the employee, and he told me this is how the manager or owner instructs them to charge customers. If customers are charged for an item, the receipt should accurately describe what they purchased. Listing a different product on the receipt is misleading and raises concerns about billing transparency. I have reported this matter to Subway Guest Care and hope they investigate this location’s billing practices. I would not recommend this location until this issue is addressed.

This location really sucks. The bread felt so stale and if you’re charging $1 extra for crispy onions, please don’t just give me the crumbs.

I had a frustrating experience picking up a mobile order at this location. After placing and paying for my order through the Subway app, I went to the counter and confirmed my name. The employee then asked for the phone number on my account. I realized my account still had my old phone number because I had forgotten to update it. I showed the order confirmation in the Subway app, including the order number, but the employee refused to accept it. She insisted the only way to verify the order was by calling the old phone number, which I no longer have access to. No alternative verification methods were offered, even though I was able to show the app confirmation proving the order had been placed. The employees only solution to this was to cancel my mobile order and nothing further. I was left hungry and irritated. I understand the need to verify mobile orders, but there should be a reasonable backup process for situations like this, such as verifying the order number or checking government-issued ID. Instead, I was left frustrated over something that could have been resolved much more easily.
