  • One of the cleanest and best-maintained Subway locations I’ve visited. The dining area, counters, and even the restrooms were spotless and clearly cared for. • A special thank you to Kamal for the amazing service. She was extremely patient, kind, and professional with every customer. • Even while handling many customers at once, Kamal managed everything single-handedly without compromising on quality or attitude. Very impressive work ethic. • My husband had the chicken sub and I had the veggie patty — both were made perfectly and tasted fresh and delicious. • This has become one of my favorite Subway locations because of the cleanliness, organization, and especially the excellent customer service from Kamal. Highly recommended.

  Went to get lunch today and the service was fine but wa informed the drink fountain wasn't working. I get these things happen but the drink fridge was also basically empty leaving me with no drink options. This is unacceptable, especially since they are next door to a grocery store and the franchisie could restock from there in a worst case scenario like this.

  My experience at Subway was very disappointing. The staff were rude from the beginning. I tried asking simple questions about the menu, but they responded with a bad attitude and didn’t seem willing to help at all. What bothered me the most was how they handled the food. Instead of handing it to customers properly, they basically tossed it toward me, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should never be this poor. I would not want to come back after this experience.

  I had an excellent experience at this Subway location, mainly thanks to Kamal. She was extremely polite, attentive, and patient throughout the whole process, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about the customer, and she made all the difference. I will definitely be coming back — service like this deserves recognition! Thanks again Kamal…..

  This was my local subway. And I've been at odds with this location for a while. The staff i encountered before this review have mostly been rude and unwelcoming. But leeeeeet me tell you about the huuge refresher I have had with Kamal, I am very much planning on keeping this as my go to Subway. The location is in a very busy plaza where parking can be a bit troublesome. Easy to access right off Islington street. Kamal was legitimately the best person I have experienced at this location, her spirit, her care for her art and work, and her general energy made me enjoy my food each time I visited while she was there. In a world of constant negative reviews I believe she deserves a lot of recognition and appreciation for how much she has revived this location. My opinion, as a professional who has been in the food and beverage industry for over 16 years. From fast food to fine dining btw. (Also they renovated recently so it looks a lot cleaner and polished inside)
