  Best place for healthy food! The staff is very friendly, especially Disha, who made sure my order was perfect. Great service and fresh, delicious food every time. Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Rahul. He was really friendly, patient, and made my sub exactly the way I wanted without rushing anything. You can tell he cares about good customer service — everything was fresh, neat, and made with attention. Small things like his positive attitude and politeness made the visit much better. Definitely appreciate the effort, keep it up Rahul!

  My interaction with the staff began with unfriendly rude male attendant around 7pm at 45 carlton Toronto. He started making the sub and I had to point out the lettuce was brown, rotten and absolutely gross. He picked off part of the bad stuff and tossed it but continued making my sub with the dirty glove he had on. The tomatoes were also less than appetizing. There was an empty green pepper container with just green sludge in the bottom. The turkey was skimpy and veggies scarce with a tiny drizzle of house sauce. It was the skimpiest sub I have ever seen and tasteless.(all bun). He did not mark the sub to indicate which was mine and which was my husband's. The venue itself was very grungy looking. Never again will I go there. Terrible experience and very disappointing!
