  It’s been a while since I was here last time. I came in around lunch time on a Wednesday. I ordered a meatball sandwich and asked to cut it in half. When the staff cut it, a meatball fell out to the counter and she just picked it up and put it back in my sandwich. And when I asked if she can just throw that one and get me a new meatball she wasn’t happy 😂. Is that subway hygiene standard?

  April 24 around 2:30 pm, the two Indian workers taking my order were quite rude. This location is also way overpriced compared to other Subway locations, they also skimp out on ingredients. Would not recommend.

  I ordered two footlongs online, and both were prepared incorrectly. I contacted the store the same day, and the staff member, Manpreet, advised me to return on Saturday , on her next shift. I called again on Saturday to confirm, and she assured me that I could come in for the corrected sandwiches. However, when I arrived, she refused to replace them and asked me to pay again. She just made me make an unnecessary trip to the store, this is highly unprofessional conduct. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

  I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, I immediately noticed that the employee preparing my sandwiches was using noticeably smaller portions than usual. The amount of cheese was reduced, and when I politely asked her to add the standard four slices, she told me the owner had instructed her to use less. What was more frustrating was that this didn’t stop at the cheese, she continued to use less of the other ingredients as well, including vegetables and meat, even after I specifically asked for the normal portions. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if my request didn’t matter. I’ve been a regular customer at this location and have ordered here many times without any issues. In fact, just the day before another employee prepared my food properly, with the expected portions and a respectful attitude. This experience was completely inconsistent with the level of service I’ve come to expect. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. If this is how customers are treated, especially when simply asking for standard portions, it raises serious concerns about consistency and customer service. I would not recommend this location based on this experience, and others may want to think twice before ordering from here.
