  Popped in on my lunch break, was outta there in like 7 minutes flat. Got my usual chicken bacon ranch footlong — bread was fresh, veggies crisp, sandwich artist didn't skimp on the toppings either. Solid value for what you pay. Only knock is the line moves slow when it's packed. Otherwise, decent feed.

  Popped in on my lunch break and was outta there in under five. Footlong Italian BMT was packed properly — not skimpy on the toppings like some spots. Bread was fresh, veggies crisp, and the price still beats the chicken joints down the road. Same quality every time I swing by. Solid lunch run.

  Order was messed up, approached the staff about it and they didn’t want to offer any help or solution. It’s very sad that this subway location hires people with little to no customer service experience or empathy. Nobody seemed interested in fixing the issue or even listening. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location

  My experience at this branch has been repeatedly so bad that I refuse to go back to any subway location. Terrible customer service. But my most recent experience was the last straw. I was asked to pay upfront before they started making my sandwich and I couldn’t leave when I was frustrated with the workers. I know the volume of online orders can be overwhelming, but as I am ordering my sandwich was left on the counter for 15 minutes after being toasted, as they help other delivery people and start making new sandwiches! I grab a drink from the fridge and at the cash after waiting for more than 30 minutes there while I’m the ONLY customer in store this guy tells me I can’t get a drink from the fridge and I can only have fountain drinks. I have never been told that while getting the meal of the day here, at the front st east location and the Spadina location. He was so rude when explaining it to me, saying with the price I paid how did I expect to get such an expensive drink?! I said I didn’t know, and since I was forced to wait forever to get my order, I have already took a sip from it. I offered to pay for it and I ended up paying more than what getting a regular combo would cost me. I find this extremely unprofessional, if the volume of orders is this high you need to have more staff working as a company. And if your staff makes me pay upfront I expect my order to be made with the pace that it would usually take, not so slow that I end up warming up the sandwich I just got in my own microwave. And not so ignorant that I leave the store having paid not only more than what I always pay, but also more than what the regular combo price.
