I placed an order through the app as a guest, my payment went through, and it showed “preparing,” but the food never arrived. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the store and they told me they never received the order. On top of that, the person who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager and still didn’t try to resolve the issue or show any concern. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be charged for orders that are never received, and staff should at least behave professionally. Really frustrating experience.
