Don’t go to this location!!! charged 15+tax for a 6inch steak and cheese when every other subway location charges 9$+tax within a couple blocks of this area. the lettuce is also old, and they lie and say they don’t accept any subway coupons

There was an older lady (I believe she might be Indian) whose behavior toward me was quite troubling (I would guess racist). I was the only customer in the store, yet she ignored me for a couple of minutes before finally coming to ask what I wanted. I placed a simple order (half white Italian bread with tuna, no cheese, toasted).
Her attitude throughout the process felt dismissive and uncomfortable. She handled the bread roughly, asked about cheese even though I had already specified, and prepared the sandwich with visible reluctance. At one point, she abruptly put it in the toaster and went to the back to call a younger employee to finish the order.
The younger employee (with a bandana scarf) seemed somewhat annoyed at being called over, though she did remain polite and smiled when I added a tip. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that the sandwich had been overly pressed and was falling apart into crumbs.
I have been coming to this place since 2018, and I remember a gentleman who used to work there—he wore a turban and was always kind and attentive, providing excellent service. In contrast, this experience was disappointing and concerning. I hope the management takes care in maintaining the quality of both service and atmosphere, as negative experiences like this can affect the reputation of the business.
