  Came at 9PM and the guy told me we’re closed and refused to serve us. Theyre supposed to close at 10PM… Never coming here again I can tell you that right now

  On Thursday, I visited Subway and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member (a Black lady working there) had very poor behaviour and was not professional at all. My order was not properly prepared and nothing was filled correctly or with care. Overall, the service was very careless and unsatisfactory. I expected better customer service from Subway.

  This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location. The staff member who served me (a woman) was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She showed zero interest in helping and clearly has no understanding of basic customer service. The service itself was careless and unacceptable. To make things worse, I was overcharged for my order compared to what I consistently pay for the exact same items at other Subway locations. There was no justification or explanation for this. This kind of behavior and inconsistency is completely unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand. I strongly advise others to avoid this location. I will definitely not be coming back.

  I ordered a sandwich and a soup. The sandwich was as it should be. But the soup was incredibly old and smelled weird. It was supposed to be chicken noodle, but the noodles had been sitting in the soup so long they started to disintegrate. That soup should not be served to anyone.
