Lettuce browned by the breath of the angels of death. The quality of ingredients should be better governed across franchise owners. Miss the hospital cafeteria. RIP.

I received a small amount of chicken, barely 10g and a spoon of rice. When I asked why this was so small, they said it’s because I didn’t want lettuce. Picture for reference. I can’t believe this cost me $14.

I saw a printed paper which apparently was my online order. There were 3 customers too. All of the customers' order were done first before mine. So I waited patiently, 2 customers were done. This time, I spoke to the staff that I am picking up an order and he said he needed to finish the last lady in the line (3rd customer). I understand that it's only one guy working but the point is, this guy should know the timing. If it says it will be ready by 4:10 he should start building the sandwich as soon as he received the online order. It was disappointing because the other order was for my daughter who came out from school without eating anything yet and rushing to just grab a bite before attending a volunteer job. So she ended up not eating anymore because she will be late. I started eating my sandwich right away, so unfortunate the bread was not warmed enough. Obviously, it was rushed! My order was not done properly. He gave me my order without saying anything. Not even a sorry from this guy for doing it late and giving my order late. What an experience!
