  On Friday, May 15, 2026, I went to this location (45 Wicksteed) just after 8am, when the store opened. I typically go once a week right after the store opens at 8am to order subs for my 2 kids lunches. In my last 3-4 visits, the same male employee is working and shows me attitude and mutters profanities that are clearly about me. I try to be extra polite to show kindness. It happened again in this recent visit to the store. This time, after he finished making my sandwich, I asked him if he had a problem with me. He responded that I always come right after the store is opened when he is trying to make bread. I responded that if your store is opened, you have to serve your customers. He responded: why don’t you make your kids lunches at home! I have never experienced a worst customer experience and am very disappointed. I have never left a negative review on anything, but I cannot be silent about what happened. Something must be done to address this employee’s behaviour. Subway - please do better.

  There is no customer service in this Subway. Being told your sandwich has to be toasted even when you don’t want it toasted. And when name has toasted in it, they don’t toast. This store cuts back on their meat products or totally substitutes it for something else. I order the bourbon brisket sub and I got roast beef. No wonder I stopped going to subway a long time ago. Obviously they haven’t fixed anything.

  Fairly typical for a Subway location, though the ‘fresh’ part is a bit of a stretch. I suppose the freezer burn itself may have been fresh.

  Selam made my order and I’m very satisfied. She was friendly and had great manners. Even though she seemed to be working with a hand injury, she still did an amazing job. I really appreciate her great service!!!

  I am really disappointed with my experience at this location today. I ordered two Nashville subs and specifically selected four different sauces to ensure they weren't dry, but when the order arrived, there was absolutely zero sauce on either sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen during a rush, but what made this truly frustrating was the complete lack of communication. Before reporting the issue to Uber Eats—because I didn't want the restaurant to face unnecessary penalties—I tried calling the store directly to resolve it. I called five or six times in a row, and not once did anyone pick up the phone. It’s incredibly discouraging when you try to do the right thing as a customer by reaching out to the business first, only to be met with total silence. Between the botched order and the non-existent customer service, this was a very poor experience.
