We are regulars here and first time I encountered a very unfortunate service provided by staff named Mona. All the other staff before her all excellent and this is very unfortunate. I ordered Great Canadian Club, she asked me if bacon, I said Yes. Then I noticed no ham, i said where is the ham. She said didn't hear properly thought it was only bacon. I said I always order Great Canadian Club and this is the first time I actually been asked about bacon. Then she said okay will do another one and put away the other sandwich with no remorse or whatever but I said sorry My bad if if you didnt hear properly but Great Canadian Club when you utter is all the meat included there. When its already choosing the veggies, I said no veggies for the GCC sandwich, she goes also no sauce for all. I said wait wait lets do it one at a time as I have 3 subs in a row and makes me confusing. She had unfriendly countenance and did not say thank you after transaction is made. Customer service is being grateful for the sales made. Its hard earned $33 which included the 3rd mistake sub which I dont want to put to waste. But the attitude of this staff says a lot. We were not able to digest our subs properly as we are so upset with her attitude. Few minutes she was off her shift and she never bothered to say anything to us. Sad thing we will not go back to this branch.

I usually come to this Subway every second day, and my order is always the same — a Veggie Patty Footlong. Today, a different employee was making my sandwich. I tried to explain my order and give instructions politely, but he did not understand and started speaking rudely to me.
I asked him to place the vegetables properly inside the sandwich, but instead he pressed everything on top, messed up the bread with too much sauce, and did not prepare it properly. I then requested if he could call another employee for help. Another staff member came and tried to explain things to him, but he still did not understand.
What disappointed me the most was that he used the same knife to cut my veggie sandwich after using it for a meat sandwich. As a vegetarian, this was very upsetting for me. Because of this experience, I decided not to take the sandwich.
I felt very disappointed with the service today

Mona was amazing she is the true epitome of customer service. She listens and delivers. Amazing service 100/10
My order is always accurate and made quickly, and they have excellent and friendly customer service, especially from Joyce :)
I recently ordered from this branch and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience overall. A Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with all the veggies and honey mustard and garlic aoili sauce. The bread came out warm and soft, and the steak was actually well-portioned. The veggies were fresh and crisp, especially the lettuce and tomatoes, which made the sandwich taste clean and balanced.
What really stood out though was the service. The employee who helped me, Jaime, was friendly right from the start. He greeted me properly, didn’t rush the order even though there were a few people behind me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even suggested to lightly toast it a bit longer for better texture, and he was right, it made a difference.
The place itself was clean and organized.
