The man working here needs to be fired. He got upset because my 9yr old wanted to add a few toppings on an online order lady allowed it and the man was so rude to me infront of my 3 kids.

The lady there was quite nice and apologetic for his actions. However, the guy was an absolute horrible person to deal with.

Outrageously horrible service which I’ve never seen before from a subway before for over 18 years. The guy was the issue on march 26, 2026 whereas the lady employee was apologetic for the scene he was making. I will be filing a formal complaint.
