I came in on a Friday for their Tuna sub (which also happened to be part of their deal of the day). I wasn’t aware and assumed that customer service would be good enough to mention that I was eligible for the deal. They did not give me the deal because “I didn’t mention it” or that “I declined it when I was asked if I wanted the deal” I was never asked! When I kindly asked if I could get the deal after already paying for my food they straight up said no. I ended up paying more for my food. Additionally, the customer service people were talking very loudly in the restaurant even though there were 0 customers besides myself. There was no need to be this noisy. Lastly, as per usual, they were very stingy with the vegetables. Terrible customer service. Go to the other Subway in the Path’s food court, which is only 5 minutes away.
