Horrible service and they lie! I Was served by Jayvon and was overcharged and they said they couldn’t process a refund in the moment because the manager was not on site. They (Sadnan) said I would receive a refund in my account by the next day. I did not received a refund. I’m Totally disgusted. Here’s the fun part of the store. I called to ask when my refund was appear in my account (two days later) and they said that I have to come back to the store to get it. I live an hour and a half away and was there for the marathon with my family. Absolutely disgusting service and apparently they lost my contact twice to call me back and tell me.
I’ll give it 3 stars because the pizza is good. However that was the worst first experience at a restaurant. Ordered online at 8:30pm, and pick up was slated for 9:00. I arrived on time and could see it was busy. Only 1 guy managing the front while all the other staff made pizzas. Waited for a few minutes to be acknowledged, before I just asked myself how long for my order.
The guy at the front counter said he would let me know when it’s ready. A few minutes goes by and I see another worker add a an order to the heater containing a few boxes and a container. It was another 10 minutes before I felt that I again had to ask for an update on my order, and sure enough.. They pull out the order that had gone into the heater.
As someone who has spend years managing in hospitality, there were so many red flag moments of truth in this one visit. The front counter person does not acknowledge you upon walking in (At the time it was a woman before she walked off, before the guy came and proceeded to do the same) There is zero coordination amongst staff, and minimal communication between the guy at the counter and the workers cooking.
Spotted 1 manager which is reasonable for the size of this restaurant, but surely supervision and control needs to be a priority when you have at least 7-10 people in your establishment waiting to be taken care of (Manager was spotted taking out the garbage)
Clearly it was a busy Friday night, but the experience brings down the $84 value of the order that was placed. And while surely nothing will come of this, maybe somebody somewhere will reflect on this poor experience.
Dropped in on a whim and ended up having one of those “okay, this place is actually legit” moments. The pizza hits that perfect balance crispy, golden crust with just enough chew, a rich, well-seasoned sauce, and toppings that actually taste fresh and thoughtfully put together.
What really stood out, though, was Ashley. She has that rare ability to make you feel genuinely welcomed the second you walk in. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick on her feet, and handled everything with a calm, confident energy, even when it got busy. It didn’t feel like “just service,” it felt like she actually cared about making sure people had a great experience, and it shows.
Places can have great food, but it’s people like Ashley who make you want to come back. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.
Stopped by Prince Street Pizza in Toronto while in town for work and grabbed a meal with a friend. The pizza was decent overall, but honestly the originals were better than the deep dish. The deep dish wasn’t bad, but it just didn’t stand out the way I expected it to. We were hoping for a bit more based on the hype, but it ended up being more of an average experience for us.
Service was okay, but it did take a little while to get our food. At one point, we actually had to remind them to put our order in the oven, which was a bit frustrating and definitely slowed things down. The staff was fine, just not especially attentive during our visit.
A couple other things to keep in mind: there’s no street parking nearby, and there are no restrooms available, which makes the visit a little less convenient if you’re stopping in from out of town or during a work trip. Overall, it was an okay stop, but not one I’d rave about.

3.5 Stars– Prince Street Pizza, Toronto
While visiting Toronto, we stopped into Prince Street Pizza for a quick bite, and overall it was a mixed but still enjoyable experience. The pizza itself was good—solid flavor, nice crust, and that signature Prince Street style—but it didn’t taste fully fresh, almost like it had been sitting a bit before being served. Still tasty, just not at its peak.
Service was friendly and they did apologize, but they clearly needed more help. Our order was accidentally forgotten, which turned what should’ve been a fast in‑and‑out stop into a 45‑minute wait. Not the end of the world, but definitely not what we expected.
The spot itself is cool—small, casual, and fits the vibe of exploring the city. Parking was okay with street options nearby, but something to note: no restrooms, which can be inconvenient if you’re stopping in while walking around.
All in all, a decent experience with good pizza and good people, just not the smoothest visit. With a little more staffing and fresher slices, this place could easily hit higher marks.
