We are regular papa John's breadsticks lover and this store regularly provides wrong sauce but this time even breadsticks were worst. We specifically order special garlic sauce and have received pizza sauce in all orders unless we pick it up. The sticks were also super dry with barely any usual garlic oil on them. Whats the use of picking sauce if they consistently send the wrong one.

Ordered this around midnight, they were fast and everything tasted great! They took about 15-20 minutes to make my order and the pickup went smooth. Good price and a good distribution of toppings. No complaints.

cash delivery order, provided two $20 bills + $3 change (I asked for $10 back because order was $28.77). driver had zero change, told him I couldn’t pay debit and didn’t want $10 e transfer from him. My wallet was misplaced and I didn’t have another option to pay or other smaller bills beyond a $5 so food was given back. He seemed worried and said “I will lose money on this” but there’s nothing else I could do. I call the store to report this, as I felt very uncomfortable about such a simple transaction that couldn’t be accommodated. The store manager needed to talk with driver and then called me back. Apparently he says that I handed him $100 bill (not possible, I didn’t have one at the time), but also that I wrecked the food on purpose and made a mark on his shirt. This is an absolutely disgusting lie to make up about your customer. I need to report this because it has rattled me so much. I only have $48 in cash on me, there is no $100, and I gave back the food gracefully with absolutely no incident. He must have been angry about the situation and scared about the repercussions with manager, but that doesn’t give him the right to make up such a serious accusation. I’m appalled by this and will never order from this franchise again unless real acknowledgement is shown here. I don’t want money or freebies, just to be treated with respect and not accused of assaulting another human being over pizza. I will take pictures of the $48 cash that I have on me right now
