  I ordered the Butter Chicken Pizza from the Papa Johns location at 1085 Kingston Road, and it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, it took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready, which would have been understandable if the food had been fresh and well-made. Instead, I received a pizza that looked and tasted like it had been thrown together with no care. The crust was covered in so much dry flour or powder that every bite felt chalky and unpleasant. It seemed like the dough hadn’t been prepared properly, and the texture completely ruined the pizza. The butter chicken topping was incredibly disappointing. The chicken didn’t even look fresh, and I genuinely questioned its quality. On top of that, the pizza had barely any toppings. I ordered a large pizza, yet there were only about 5 or 6 small pieces of chicken spread across the entire pizza, with just a few pieces of bell pepper thrown on as if they were added just for the sake of it. For the price of a large specialty pizza, this was completely unacceptable. The pizza lacked flavor, was dry, and did not resemble the product being advertised. To make things even worse, both dips were terrible. The garlic dip was so salty that it was almost impossible to eat, and the spicy garlic dip didn’t taste good either. Instead of improving the meal, the dips made the experience even worse. I ended up wasting my money because I couldn’t even finish the pizza. This was by far the most disappointing pizza I’ve had from any restaurant. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The food quality was far below what anyone should expect, and I hope management seriously looks into their quality control because this meal was completely unacceptable.

  Worst service! Ordered for pickup and they told it’s going to be ready in 10-15 mins. They started making my order when I went there for pickup and have to wait other 15 mins for my food. Fooling customers, there was another guy who ordered for pickup as well and he was also told to wait for 10 mins too. Can't expect this on a weekday. Never ordering from this location again.
