- GAGun Alimov1 day ago1.0Don’t waste your money here. The pizza was sour, dry, and clearly not fresh. It honestly tasted like old leftover slices. On top of that, the owner served it cold without even heating it up. Poor quality food and terrible service.
- LPLeah PivatoMay 5, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed by the behaviour of the staff at this Papa John’s location. I ordered two pizzas: a medium veggie and a large spinach Alfredo. Instead, we were given a chicken Alfredo pizza, which we cannot eat (and did not order). When we called the store to correct the mistake the staff was unhelpful. Rather than acknowledging the error, the staff insisted that the pizza we received was correct. This was plainly untrue, the spinach Alfredo pizza listed on their website does not include meat. There was no effort to understand our concern, no apology, and no basic level of customer service. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he demanded the incorrect pizza back. We had already disposed of it, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he accused us of lying. Of course mistakes happen, but what isn’t acceptable is the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism shown by the staff throughout this entire experience. A simple issue turned into an unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant interaction. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly this was handled.
