I politely asked to use the washroom after walking for quite a while in the heat, dressed in a suit, but the employees refused and repeatedly said it was "for customers only." What made the experience worse was that they were giggling and talking among themselves while turning me away, which came across as rude and unprofessional. A little kindness and empathy go a long way, and this interaction left a very negative impression.

I've ordered three times from this place and there always seems to be a problem such as using the Scan and Pay on the app or getting the correct order. Extra toppings I requested such as mayo and greens weren't added one time; side of apple was not provided one time; and today I had a sad steak sandwich that didn't really taste like steak and was probably turkey. Food tastes nice but was is going on in the kitchen that they keep screwing it up?

Also I believe the workers should be trained on how to properly greet customers entering the restaurant. Customers should not be treated as a transaction only. Very disappointing visit… There was no hello, how are you and also there was no thank you at the end. Instead the worker just continue yapping off to her coworker even during the transaction with myself
