I've been here once to celebrate my partner's birthday. That time, it was good. Steaks were perfectly cooked, as you would expect from a steakhouse. I went back last night for the Labour Day special - 3 course for $99. I don't know if they had 2nd tier cooks to make their specials but it was terrible. Asparagus was supposed to be grilled. But it was clearly boiled then slap on the grill for 10 secs for some colour. I asked for medium rare doneness for my steak and it came medium well. They made me another one and it was still not to my expectation. The filet mignon was obviously in the fridge or frozen when put on the grill since exterior was cooked well done while I interior was close to rare. I ate it anyway because I don't feel like waiting for another steak to be cooked incorrectly again. The bacon wrapped scalloped was also not great - bacon was flabby and not crispy, scalloped was a touch over done. Soup I ordered as 1st course was in a tiny cup for toddlers. Dessert was like a cheap chocolate pudding from a diner. Total bill was $300 for 2 people with 2 glasses of wine. I would have been happier eating at The Keg. I will never come back again.
Oh yeah, our server decided to disappear after he dropped off the bread and doesn't reappear to take out order until we asked the bus boy to fetch him. So even the service was 2nd rate.

Came here for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience!
The food overall was solid. The seafood platter was okay—nothing extraordinary, but a crisp, refreshing start before heading into the rich steaks. The wedge salad was super fresh, crisp, and delicious. The dry-aged ribeye had great marbling with just the right amount of fat without feeling greasy; the only slight downside was that the edges were a bit overcooked.
And the dessert! The lava cake was easily the best lava cake and dessert I have ever had across all the fine dining spots I’ve visited. The warm, rich molten chocolate center paired with the crisp outer crust had the absolute perfect balance of sweetness and cocoa depth without being overwhelming.
There is also a great wine selection with plenty of options, especially for American wines. While they are a bit on the pricier side, the wine flight is a fantastic choice that allows you to sample a few different pours to find the one you like best.
Last but definitely not least, our server, Kitt, was phenomenal—truly the best server I have ever encountered. She was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable, bringing genuine passion to the table. She listened attentively to every question without cutting us off, taking her time to explain even our broader questions thoroughly. Her menu knowledge was remarkable; she broke down subtle differences not just between steak cuts, but even across the salad options. When we were unsure about portion sizes, she offered thoughtful suggestions and thoughtfully checked in on us throughout the meal. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Nice place and good atmosphere. One of the dishes wasn't great, but everything else was solid.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of having dinner at the bar last night and experienced the best service anyone could ask for by the two beautiful ladies serving the bar. Lily and Maria hands down were the most accommodating and knowledgeable servers to have.
From food suggestions and drink orders, they took great care in making sure we were okay and satisfied.
It made a good night, a great night!!
Can’t wait to go back and see their lovely smiles and enjoy great conversation again.
Thanks ladies,
Maria and Bobby.
