She handled everything professionally and with a really positive attitude, which made the whole experience much better. She was very sweet, polite, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping customers. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts that much effort into making sure people leave happy. Employees like Zarina make a big difference, and I hope McDonald’s knows how valuable she is. They definitely need more workers like her.
