First, you tell couriers in the instructions to wait for the order at the pickup counter, then you make them wait 15 minutes for an already prepared order (I saw that it was ready!!), and later you give the courier a thumbs down saying they didn’t follow instructions. Are you guys okay in the head, or do you just need an ego boost? 😁😁

What made the experience worse was the manager, Joey, constantly shouting at employees in front of customers. It felt unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Employees should be treated with respect, especially in a public setting.
