- GMGarth Merkeley3 days ago1.0I know we’re in an era of terrible customer service but these guys are constantly raising the bar on terrible. They go out of their way to make you feel like an imposition for being there. Zero sense of interest in ever taking your order, let alone getting you your food. Smiles? Never heard of them. Lol. Does corporate just not care anymore? It’s insane.

Having to repeat yourself over and over again about an order is frustrating plus getting attitude back once you’re being polite and spending your hard earned money to support this location is completely uncalled for. Received the wrong order more than once without an apology just attitude..that’s enough for me to say I will never return back to this location. Paying customers shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable placing a order

I recently started working nearby and visit this location for coffee a few days per week. The location is small, but incredibly clean and well kept. The manager is so lovely, always has a smile on his face, and genuinely seems to love what he does. I often catch him sweeping the floors, wiping down counters, making orders, etc., which isn't something I often see from McDonald's managers. He asks customers about their day and puts a smile on people's faces. The staff are also kind, efficient, helpful and appear to work together well as a team. It is a pleasure getting to frequent this location and I sincerely hope the staff know how much we value their hard work!
