I recently ordered a Big Mac and was really disappointed. The burger was cold and bland, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. The overall quality was much lower than expected. I usually enjoy McDonald’s, so this experience was frustrating. I hope you can improve the food quality and freshness. Thanks.

One of the better McDonald’s locations downtown. It’s relatively clean, and the workers are friendly and helpful. This might be the only location I’d sit down in and dine-in also. However, in the end it’s just McDonald’s. I know every McDonald’s does this, but I wish the burgers and sandwiches weren’t slapped together so sloppily all the time. It only takes a couple seconds to make sure everything is stacked on top of each other instead of it being super off centre.

I understand that being homeless is a difficult situation. I have understanding that open toilets and free refill code machines alongside charging ports are a draw. I also don't mind sharing the public space, however I will avoid in future to take my young family there as it seems now to be more out of control. The space is part family restaurant part homeless shelter. There needs to be more provision for the homeless but im afraid I would not go to the restaurant because of the atmosphere and lack of management around a growing issue. My burger was also leaking fat everywhere and not looking appetizing at all. Service was prompt but no questions of needing anything else or such like.

Very disappointing coffee. No aroma, barely any coffee flavor, and it tasted like watered-down, bitter hot water—similar to low-quality instant coffee. I used to like McDonald’s coffee for the price, but recently the quality has really gone downhill.

I was surprised after so many decades to find this location still here across the Royal Ontario Museum. I used to come here regularly years ago in my late teens when it had a long ramp up to the entrance. I wished they kept that look. Today I just got their $1 small coffee to go and it arrived fast. It’s a pretty good blend and far better than the cheap kind they had decades ago. This is a good change! I also liked that there was a big sign on the wall promoting the quality of the coffee blend. “McDonald's Canada serves a medium-dark roast coffee under their McCafé brand. This signature blend is crafted from 100% Arabica beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.”
