- CBCho BMay 6, 20261.0BLT? I though I order BT. And they take a long time to make food. I order from App they make me wait 10min out side. Even though two person was came earlier than me I take a food first.

My service experience was not handled properly, and it made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I hope management looks into staff training and improves customer service so everyone is treated respectfully and professionally. there is 2 employees picture 1 male and one female.
