  I waited for my drink for over 15 minutes and when I finally got it, it was the wrong drink. The service was really disappointing and the wait was way too long for such a simple order.

  I purchased a small drink with my meal and they had a soft drink machine. I emptied my drink to refill and the machine wasn’t working. Nowhere did it indicate that the machine is not working or that there are no refills. I go to the front, this girl Adda says no to my refill and demanded I buy another drink. Never heard of a McDonald’s not doing refills. Eventually another worker gave it to us but that Adda girl shouldn’t be there. Terrible attitude.

  I got 2 snackwraps... Both grilled One came swimming in so much ranch sauce the whole thing was inedible!!! The other one came as crispy and not grilled... I hate McDonald's crispy chicken, that's why I ordered grilled. Thank you staff for the incompetence in preparing food and the inability to follow an order.

  I asked for a hot coffee but they gave me lukewarm coffee and the staff didn't even look at me.

  McDonald’s used to get away with toxic, cancerous additives in burgers. Now being one of the wealthiest companies on the planet. I think it’s time for them to go healthy to compete with its competitors. Down the road to nearly every McDonalds, there’s a 100% real beef burgers, hand cut, or potato fries no crazy toxic pesticides. And McDonald’s is loosing its appeal. At the same price, why get a toxic, unhealthy fats, etc food. When for the same price, get a healthy burger, the kind McDonald’s was based off of originally, before all the preservatives. So it’s time for McDonald’s a company who can easily afford to make a transition back, and care about the customers. Or continue to sell toxic cancerous food, rip you off, poison you. And you hand them your money. You pay money for food that makes you have to go to the doctor more often. Dentist bills. Long term health issues. It’s not like McDonald’s can’t afford to make a transition in their buns, meat, produce. It costs them next to nothing. Because they own where they get it from. It’s time McDonald’s. You know it. As well as I do.
