  Today at the reception date, time, and location — McDonald’s at Walmart, 2525 St. Clair Ave West — my order was missing the hash brown from my bag. I am very disappointed with the service. The manager on duty was serving customers but did not properly check the order before handing it to me. She was also engaged in personal conversation with an inside staff member that appeared to be unrelated to work. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would appreciate that this issue be reviewed and resolved accordingly. Order Number 235 Time 09:28am 04/29/2026.

  Quick and clean! I was really impressed by how fast the service was here. Despite being busy, the staff handled orders efficiently and the counter area was very clean and organized. Great spot for a quick bite!

  My wife and I came into the city today to visit my daughter in law and they decided to go shopping at Walmart, so I waited in McDonald's while the ladies were browsing. The young lady behind the counter, Maggie, was very sweet and patient while I was ordering and helped me read the menu on account of me forgetting my glasses in the car. She seemed to be working all alone so I commend her for that as I'm sure it gets pretty busy for her working by herself. Not many people nowadays who actually want to work anymore so I think the ones who do should be recognized for it.

  The cheese burger was unexpectedly to be the cheese really cold and when we ordered at the drive through the person that asked our what were our meals apparently the thing to talk was not working so it took 10 minutes we were holding up the line.

  Just came to this location for lunch with my friends. We ordered 2 junior chickens but it took more than 10 minutes to get 2 small sandwiches :/ McDonald’s it’s supposed to be quick. Especially days like the weekend when people go out to eat. Really disappointed. The dinning area was also really disappointing. They should at least take care of tables when it’s peak hours
