  I wasn’t feeling well when i get there so i asked 2 server for me to use washroom but they refused. They keep saying that washroom is only for a customers but i was a customer too. They asked me to buy first n then use washroom. They were rude

  The hours aren't true on the door it literally says they're open until 7 AM I work about 10 minutes from here my shift ends at 10 for the past couple of days I would get off of work want something quick to eat for dinner and they would be closed even though literally on the door it says they're open until 7 AM I don't understand why they either close early every night Or are just lying about their hours

  DO NOT ORDER HERE. i came here through the drive thru a couple days ago and the staff were very rude and unhygienic. i don’t know what the people cooking the food looked like but the guy that gave me my food had slobber all over his mouth and when he handed me my drink i noticed literal BLACK DIRT under his nails… i almost puked. i will never be coming back to this place. horrible experience

  I had a rough experience here before — someone was quite rude over the drive-thru intercom, to the point where I decided to leave rather than risk a bad order. Since then, I’ve given this location a few more chances, and to be fair, things have improved. My recent visits have been smooth — service has been polite, orders accurate, and overall the experience has been consistent. It feels like whatever was happening before may have been situational rather than the standard. Takeaway: not perfect, but recent visits show improvement and more reliable service. Overall, a decent location now, especially compared to that initial experience.

  Disappointed that a huge company like McDonald’s have failed to hire any security to help protect the comfort and enjoyment of visiting this location. Sitting in to eat is mostly very unpleasant and volatile because there is no clear boundaries in place to protect patrons. Bringing a 5 yr old child here and witnessing 80 yr old patrons and other guests be verbally abused by people from the street who have wondered in and are hanging about while clearly under the influence while trying to enjoy a meal is just not good enough. I hope more protection can be put in place for the staff and customers.
