  I really like the staff and atmosphere here, but they need to fix whatever is going on with their fries. I’m sorry, guys, but they taste awful. I don’t know if it’s the oil they’re frying them in, but man, it’s been a recurring problem over the last 2–3 years, which is a shame and a bummer since McDonald’s fries should be one of the strong points of any branch. Cheers.

  Was at drive thru at 12:10 am today. Two drive thru workers(both Indian man) doing overnight lied saying they do not take orders and that store is closed. When it clearly says 24h drive thru open McDonald’s on the google. They were just blasting their loud Punjabi of Indian music in the back and pretending the store was closed.

  I am writing to formally report a concern regarding customer service during my visit on April 25, 2026, at approximately 9:15 PM. During my order, I politely requested that my drink be prepared in front of me. While I understand and respect that staff may follow specific procedures, the employee serving me insisted on preparing the drink in the back. This was not an issue in itself; however, the manner in which the situation was handled was inappropriate. The employee described as a tall, large built individual was noticeably rude, spoke in a loud and dismissive tone, and created an uncomfortable environment. His approach lacked professionalism and did not reflect the level of customer service expected. I strongly recommend that this matter be addressed with the employee directly, as this type of behavior can negatively impact customer experience and the reputation of your business. Providing additional customer service training or reinforcement of expected conduct may also be beneficial to prevent similar situations in the future. I trust that this concern will be taken seriously and handled appropriately to ensure a more respectful and professional experience for all customers.

  Considering I got here at lunch time and there is a highschool close by it was very quick service, food was fresh and hot, and the dining area was as clean can be with students all over. 100 percent recommend this location compared to others I've been to over the years.
