  HI, I recently went to get a coffee and a double-toasted bagel with cream cheese. Unfortunately, the bagel was completely burned and very dark. In addition, the cream cheese was not spread evenly and was placed only in the middle of the bagel. When I complained, I was told that “double toasted” normally comes out like that. However, I have ordered double-toasted bagels many times before, including at the Macdonald  location, and I know this is not normal. I then asked for another bagel with only a single toast. The second one was toasted properly, but again the cream cheese was only placed in the middle and was not spread properly. It was still not prepared well. What was most disappointing was the response from the manager at the Magna location, who insisted that this was acceptable. I am not looking for compensation; I simply wanted to share my experience because if this is the direction things are going, it will reflect very poorly on McDonald’s. You may contact me if you would like more details. I also have a picture of the second bagel. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of the burned one, which I wish I had taken. It seemed like the staff were blaming the equipment for the issue. But they have eyes . Hope management's  see this . Thank you.

  Dirty! Someone spilled coffee on the floor, I asked staff to clean it up so I can sit. Asked twice - no reaction.
