  Friendly service, and nice cafe. I had to get up from my table and go and ask for milk to put in our tea. Every other Cafe in the universe puts it on the Table automatically. THEN I got charged for said milk! 1 star because a cafe charged me for milk to put IN my tea. Absolutely insanity. Your company should be ashamed of itself. NEVER again. I’m sure you won’t miss me. So, whatever.

  The place is absolutely beautiful and very photogenic, especially if you enjoy taking pictures. The macarons were good quality and tasted great. However, I found the prices relatively high, especially considering how small the ice cream portion was. The serving was much smaller than we expected. Overall, it’s a lovely place with a beautiful atmosphere, but I expected a little more for the price.

  Absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointed. I ordered hot chocolate and French toast. There were tiny hairs/fibres all over the lids and whipped cream, and what literally looks like a strand of hair floating directly in the maple syrup. I genuinely couldn’t eat or drink any of it after seeing this. 🤢 Finding this across multiple parts of the order is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling.

  I had a big disappointment in my dine in experience yesterday. First, I was left to study menue for unreasonably long time (place was not busy at all). But I would not write a review just for that... Croissant was not crunchy and flaky. And the worst was brioche wich came with the soup! I do not know how much you have to disrespect the person you are и serving a meal to place that on the plate. It was a mix of the rubber and clay. Not eatable. It probably spent it's entire long life in the freezer? I don't know when I will have a courage to try that food again

  I really enjoyed eating the macaroons, they were delicious! Although the service was not great, don’t get me wrong they weren’t rude but they didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. After we ordered she kept coming back to ask questions again and again. I asked for a black tea and she came back asking if I wanted double cream?! Also the place was a bit dirty, stains on the chair and sticky tables
