Waited over 10 minutes for service at front counter, decided to leave and noticed the employee on the stairs texting. Extremely rude.

This place has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered food through the app, and it said our order would arrive at 7:28 PM. We waited for over an hour, but the order status didn’t change at all. At that point, we decided to cancel the order through the app, but the cancellation wouldn’t go through. We then tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I called at least 12 times (yes, I counted)and not a single call was answered. Eventually, we had to leave the delivery location. Then, at 9:48 PM, more than two hours after placing the order, the delivery driver finally called asking where we were. By that point, we had already given up and gone somewhere else to eat. Waiting over two hours for food with absolutely no communication from the restaurant is unacceptable. If you do order from this place, I would strongly recommend paying by credit card, whether you order online or in person, so you have a way to dispute the charge if something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.

Every time I order this, they either give me something that's wrong. Or whatever they feel, I've been trying to call back to let them know my order is wrong. And they're not accepting calls

The staff here need some work. I had to ask if it was even okay for me to order, one employee said yes but mentioned limited availability. Then another employee in the back was rude while I was ordering at the kiosk. They felt like the kind of ppl that would spit in your food.
