  Ordered delivery for 5 people it was $100. We all got 6 pieces of popcorn chicken with our Big Crunch combo box meal and very few fries. Food tasted good but we were all still hungry after.

  Just leaving my experience so that people to be aware of using the KFC app. I ordered via the online app. Waited 30mins and I asked couple times in between and the screen showed my order was ready. Asked me to wait and they assured it was coming fresh. Gave me wrong order and not sorry about it as they said the order didn't come as it was. I showed them my order in the app but denied it that it was not what they got. Asked for reprinting the receipt to check and it clearly had what i ordered. I would suspect either it was a glitch from the online app or fraud from the store. Asked for the refund and they told me they had to go through the corporate and would take 5-7 days. I asked for the confirmation and just told me I would get it. I don't know if I ever order from KFC in my lifetime.

  Terrible service. It normally takes them 30+ minutes just to hand over an order because the staff are so slow. Today I placed a mobile order at 12:30, and when I arrived at 12:35 the doors were locked. They charged my card but refused to give me my order. Even Uber Eats drivers were turned away. Avoid this location.

  They close washrooms and start flipping chairs an hour before close. Why continue to serve costumers if you won't allow them to use washrooms or sit in? Ridiculous. Won't be coming back here.

  Went down to the annual Do West festival. Ordered a four piece dark meat chicken meal. The first three pieces were fine. The fourth was awful, I could not a single bite of it. I did not feel like it was cooked properly. The entire time I was there, there was a split package of hot sauce in the narrow area just before the cashier. No one bothered to clean it up.
