  🚨 **VERY DISAPPOINTING & UNACCEPTABLE!** 🚨 I ordered the **Buy 1 Get 1 Free – 10 Hot Wings**, but received **ONLY 8 WINGS** instead of what was advertised. On top of that, the wings were **COLD and not fresh at all**. 🤬 I tried calling the restaurant several times to address the issue, but **NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE**. This is extremely poor customer service. If you advertise a deal, you should **honour it and send the correct quantity**, and the food should at least arrive hot and fresh. I paid for an order and expected much better. ❌ Only 8 wings instead of the advertised quantity ❌ Wings were cold ❌ No response to calls ❌ Very poor customer service **Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from here based on this experience.**

  terrible service. Extremely slow to pick up orders. Wait for 40 minutes can’t pick up orders for only two pieces of chicken leg. Only three employees working in kitchen. They take too many orders they can’t handle. Don’t go there.

  This place is so delicious, I give it six stars (this is an extra one). They won't give you anything unless you tell the server. The lettuce in the burger tasted like it was dug out of a cesspool, and the fried chicken looked like it died 10 years ago.

  0 stars this place is the worst KFC in Canada they cant take orders making it backed up mess up orders cause cant understand English and is nightmare to go in

  0/10, I placed my KFC order through the app while I was standing right in the store. The staff left my meal sitting out for around 10 to 15 minutes before I could even get it. I had to tell the boy that was working there to bag my order ! Terrible !!By the time I started eating, the poutine was basically ruined-cold fries completely soaked and clumped up with gravy that had just been slapped on. When! brought it up, the employee was rude and dismissive, basically telling me 'that's just how it is.' The manager eventually fixed it by using less gravy, but this whole experience was terrible. I'm giving it zero out of five and it really makes me not want to return to KFC again.
