Service is too bad as we feel like racism as we waited there more than 10mins at cash counter to order food but no one came to take our order we’re tried to order frok kiosk but the offered food was not available there so we waited at cash counter when we saw no one is coming so again we tried the kiosk but we noticed that another lady came after us the crew came and took her order but didn’t even ask us. Poor service I would say and racism. Have been here before so many times but never faced this type of behaviour like tonight. I don’t think I am gonna come back to this store after this behaviour.

I don't know why KFC in Canada has to have such greasy chicken. I have had it in other countries and it is much better. The oil was running off the chicken. The tables were all dirty and so we're the washrooms.

KFC is the place where I witnessed the cruelest thing I've ever seen in Canada. In May 2026, I was waiting for my order, which takes a very long time, as usual. Lots of people went up, said, "Yeah, that's my order," got the order, and walked away. We are all very used to the hostile behavior of KFC staff by now and have just accepted that we have to tolerate violent tonality when eating KFC. That's not my complaint. My complaint - A homeless woman who ordered in front of me and was waiting in front of me heard her order come up and went to fetch her order. The Indian employee who was holding the order said, "Show me your receipt." - and even postured aggressively to intimidate the woman who was genuinely shocked. I've never ever seen anyone anywhere ask anybody, homeless or not, to show their receipt at this little pickup area in KFC. They're going to lie and say, "Oh, it's our policy to check." But we all know that this has never ever happened except this one instance I'm reporting. The whole time I was sitting there, and every other time I visited, I saw the same employee never ask anybody else for a receipt. The woman is homeless, but she paid for her food like everybody else. We literally have KFC employees judging Canadian citizens as inferior species who get different treatment because of their appearance and difficult chapter in their lives, while cursing us for wanting to get our drinks and food as we paid for. This is beyond a little bit of chicken. This is the greatest cruelty I've ever witnessed in any store in Canada.

    1. The bathroom sink doesn't work. 2. All the tables were dirty 3. Half of the soda taps just dispenses water 4. None of the TV screens work - which are supposed to show orders. I know it's a KFC, but come on.This is one of the most poorly managed KFCs I have been to.

⚠️ My Experience at KFC – Don Mills & Finch (July 24, 2026) ⚠️ Today I visited the KFC at Don Mills & Finch and ordered a 3-piece combo with coleslaw. While waiting for my order, I witnessed something that I found completely unacceptable. The employee preparing my order accidentally dropped my coleslaw onto the floor. I then saw him pick it up and place it into my bag. I immediately spoke up in front of other customers because I could not believe what I had just witnessed. I brought the incident to the manager’s attention. The manager told me the employee had only received two days of training and said he had been instructed that if anything falls on the floor, it should be thrown in the garbage. Whether this was a training issue or a failure to follow instructions, it raises serious concerns. Two days of training should never result in food that has touched the floor ending up in a customer’s order. Food safety is not optional. Every customer deserves confidence that the food they receive is handled properly and that employees are adequately trained before serving the public. I hope KFC reviews this incident, reinforces its food safety procedures, and ensures all staff receive proper training. Customers place their trust in restaurants every day, and that trust should never be taken lightly. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Share your thoughts below.
