  I ordered xl popcorn bucket they have a large popcorn instead. Yesterday went at 9:30 pm dine in closed , today went at 10:50 said dining is closed at 10:00 pm

  Poorest and slowest ever. Do not go to this place if you do not have the patience to wait 30–45 minutes for your order to be served.

  Stay far away from this location. I had a similar unpleasant experience much like other negative reviews regarding broken bone shards in the meat/fried batter. It felt like eating a fish that wasnt filleted. The time I waited was over 30 mins when I was told it would be ready in 15. Whole place had strewn chairs and dirty tables that didnt look touched all day. For the inflated price I paid and waited I think I’ll pass on buying over deep fried (potentially) pigeon meat next time. Next door is a mexican bakery/bodega I feel guilty for not supporting over this slummy chain.

  I ordered Hot and sprice via their app. They told me the cashier don't have it in stock, and the manager told me it's because it will take longer to prepare the chicken. Sooo, is it because they are lazy? Not the first time they told me out of stock after I placed order and went to puck up. Their wings price is now 17.99 from 15.99 2 months ago. But come with smaller and recooked wings. Tbe manager was busying organizing the box and stuffs in the back while she obviously saw a few customers were waiting in the line in front of the counter for almost 10 mins. These people ruined our trusted brands also their reputations. You want the respect, earn it. Work harder and be professional. Again they messed up the "dark meat" again like other reviews here. KFC should have basic intelligence exam before hire people.

  Very disappointing experience — again. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I came in almost two hours before closing, only to be told that they were completely out of chicken. I honestly don’t understand how this can happen twice, especially so far before closing. We spent about 15 minutes deciding what to order, and once we finally went to place our order, the cashier told us they were out of chicken and that we would need to get a refund. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after already making the trip to this location. What makes it worse is that there was no signage or notice at the entrance/register informing customers that they were out of chicken. If we had known beforehand, we could have saved ourselves the time and frustration. I also tried calling the location beforehand, but they never answer their phone. If someone had simply answered, I could have confirmed whether they had chicken available and avoided making the commute altogether. I drove a good distance to get here, so finding out after waiting and deciding what to order that they couldn't serve their main product was very frustrating. Unfortunately, experiences like this are starting to make me consider stopping going to KFC altogether. I really hope management addresses the inventory, communication, and customer service issues at this franchise because this is not the experience customers should be having
