  There are just 2 girls attending all the time and takes like 30minutes to get your food (they are really nice girls nothing against them they tries their best to handle the situation) but the managers have to hire more staff to attend clients. ASAP!

  I ordered a family meal on Motjers day and it never showed up. I called the location and the guy who answered the phone said rhe order had left and it had already been 30 mins since it said it left. I waited for over an hour and it never showed. So in total I waited for 2 hours and nothing came. When I called rhe man who answered only knew it had been picked up but had no way ro contact the delivery person or company. He said he would talk to rhe manager and call me back. Nevef heard from them again. I tried numerous time to call that location to find out how to get my money refunded. without any answers I have done pick up many time from this location and always habe been happy. Today on a special day it was very unfortunate to not recieve any food. Plus no help from the location or from KFC

  Avoid this KFC. Poor management and zero customer service. They treat walk-in customers like an inconvenience while focusing entirely on Uber orders. Food was subpar and my order was incomplete. Make sure you check your bag before walking out because they will leave items out!"

  Almost a month and they still haven't refunded a mobile order that I never recieved since they decided to close an hour early that night. I've gone in person twice to inform them yet they still don't want to process the refund. I had to get a chargeback from my credit company.

  Amazing customer service. Kept me updated from the beginning that there would be a wait. Which I didn’t mind anyway because that just means it’s ultra fresh.! Will definitely go back to this location!
