  Really enjoyed my experience here. The food was good and fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty smooth and I had no complaints. Would definitely visit again!

  I’m very happy with the service, especially from the tall guy who always wears a hat at front. He is always friendly, helpful, and gives great deals that are truly worth the money. I really appreciate his service and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

  No cheese curds in the poutine whatsoever. The gravy was thick, goopy, and completely unappetizing. It tasted horrible and disgusting. It honestly looked like someone had vomited 🤮 all over a pile of fries and decided to serve it anyway. The fries were absolutely drowning in this nasty, glue-like gravy, turning everything into a soggy, mushy mess. There was no proper texture, no balance, and definitely nothing that resembled a decent poutine. Without cheese curds, I don’t even know how they can seriously call this poutine. Every bite somehow got worse. The appearance alone was enough to kill my appetite, but the taste finished the job. I genuinely struggled to eat it and eventually gave up because it was that unpleasant. Probably one of the worst attempts at poutine I’ve ever had. If you’re going to put poutine on the menu, at the very least use actual cheese curds and gravy that doesn’t have the consistency of paste. Completely disappointing, disgusting, and definitely not something I would order again.

  Boycott the store staff's attitude. the man working in the kitchen was very unhygienic, dishonest when he said the order was incomplete when it was ready, while the customer was asking why their order hadn't been delivered yet.and threatened to give the driver a low rating if the order wasn't canceled!!! ( 22:45pm 02/08/2026)
