  Had a great experience at KFC! The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

  If you not ready to work and have basic communication skills you don’t need to work in fast food. Very disgusting attitude! Not acceptable

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at KFC on Sunday, June 28. My order was messed up, and when I returned to the restaurant to have it corrected, the staff made the situation even worse. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, they tried to charge me more money and offered me free food that I never asked for. I didn’t want additional charges or free food—I just wanted my original order corrected. After having to explain myself repeatedly, I completely lost my appetite. The customer service was rude, especially from one of the male employees, who was dismissive and unprofessional. When I finally requested a refund, I was told it would take 7–10 business days, and I was refused a cash refund or even a gift card because the manager supposedly wasn’t there. Ironically, the manager eventually came out from the back and made unnecessary comments like, “You just wanted two pieces of white meat? That’s weird,” and “You’re not hungry now? That’s funny.” Those comments were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Even other customers in the store witnessed what happened and had to repeat what was said because the employee tried to deny it. I’ve been going to this KFC for years, but after this experience, I can honestly say I will never return. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

  Ordered through uber and never will again paid for a drink and didn’t get it yet it’s on my uber and the receipt both the driver and the store won’t take a accountability for the mistake and now I have to fight with uber off the STORES’ mistake
