I honestly just dont know where to start. I came here 2 weeks ago and OMG it was an absolute disaster. I saw a lobby packed with people that looked absolutely blown away and annoyed as the entire business operation was on fire 😂. I felt so bad for the customers as clearly this location lacks in management. I definetely had quite a wait but I was entertained by all the expressions of the customers and the chaos that was happening behind the counter. Now, apart from this establishment having management/staff issues, I have to say, the slop that I recieved was absolutely astonishing. Imagine opening up your bag to see all of your boxes soaked and dripping in grease 🤢. The boxes were falling apart from how greasy the chicken was. The chicken was soggy, the fries were soggy the popcorn chicken consisted of processed spongy chicken and grease and the corn was bland emptiness. You might as well just give ke a cup of oil and call it a day. The only thing that was edible were the pre packaged sauce packs 🤣. This location is clearly a dump and it needs help. I cant believe how greasy, salty and disgusting this food was. I advise everyone to avoid at all cost. Please especially MANAGEMENT, you all need to do better.

Of all the KFCs I've eaten at, this is the worst. The place is run down, tables are broken, and there are areas cordoned off with yellow tape (as if a crime had happened there). The woman who serves is quite rude and discourteous. I will never go back to this place.

★☆☆☆☆ (1/1 Stars) – Inedible and a Serious Food Safety Hazard Used a $19.99 coupon flyer deal today at this location expecting a standard Zinger and Crunch sandwich combo, but what we received was completely unacceptable and dangerous. The sandwiches were nothing like what is advertised—tiny portions, zero sauce, no lettuce, and completely dry buns. Worse, the chicken was clearly old leftover pieces that had been re-fried in rancid, dark grease. The smell of burnt, soaked oil was overwhelming. It was entirely inedible. My wife ate half of her sandwich before getting sick and vomiting. Serving degraded, double-fried food in old grease isn't just false advertising—it's a health risk. We will not be returning, and I am demanding a full refund. Save your money and health; avoid this location.
