  Disgusting customer service by Shanta Around 8:55 PM on Saturday, June 6, ww just entered the resturant and the cashier Shanta had just finished serving another customer. After they left, we approached the counter and stood there for 30 seconds to a minute. Not once did she acknowledge us, greet us, or say a single word. Instead, she continued writing something down, then walked into the back room. When she finally returned, she simply stared at us as if she expected us to place our order without even a basic greeting. No "Hello," no "How can I help you?" Nothing. To make matters worse, she then proceeded to use a different cash register than the one we were standing at and didn't even bother asking us to move or directing us where to go. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I also couldn't help but feel there was an underlying attitude toward me as a woman, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression I was left with. A person who doesn't appreciate their job, is clearly miserable and unable to show basic decency, courtesy, or respect should not be in a customer-facing position. Management should seriously address this issue and ensure customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

  So I see a lot of reviews and its hard to know who has been a regular customer. I am over 30 orders online snd still going . Can I just share a hack if you want chicken thats not soggy buy the 4 peice all white meat online deal and thank me later. When you buy buckets the heat from the hot chicken causes all the mest to go soggy its horrible. You want dry crispy then get 4 peice white. This location also had the best tasting kfc in my opinion as I feel jamican influenced formulas have gotten here. Trust me as I have had kfc all over the city snf this it the best one. Give it a shot its always about consistency in there places and like I said my order all white mest 4 peices always hits. Hope it can help somr customers 🙏🏽

  Mostly come by for takeout but it’s always fresh and portions are always proper. One of the better kfcs.

  Yesterday afternoon I ordered though the KFC App and picked up at the drive thru. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I received what I ordered and it was hot, fresh and tasty.
