  The worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to. Most these 5 stars reviews are definitely fake. I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time got worse. From the service to the food all garbage. First time had to wait 20 mins plus for my chicken at 4 pm that was after standing at the cash waiting for 5 mins and having uber drivers arrive after me and get served first. Second time I ordered deluxe Big Crunch and got the normal one didn’t realize until I got home. Today was told I have to have nacho fries instead of normal fries and did not have a choice (as I watched the employee put normal fries in a bowl and put the nacho seasoning on it) could have just gave me normal fries. Asked for a refund because of this and the cashier shorted me on the refund( didn’t give me the tax amount back) This will definitely be the last time I even think about going to this location. Katie the district manager really needs to step up and do something about this location.

  I tried in this location for the first time, cashier was great and gave me some suggestions and i got to try crave n save combo as well as tacos it’s so good

  I come here all the time, the food is good and the service is too. But this time it just blew my mind, the worker taking my order was so quick with it and so kind. He made my day, his customer service was impeccable and it really just blew my mind. His name is laeeq he was simply amazing. 10/10 recommend, I will come back. If there was more stars I’d rate the service 100/5.

  The people here are very nice and chicken as well. I gave order in afternoon after my work and they gave me fresh chicken. It was busy but they were still attentive towards me. I would highly recommend!

  This location is quite disorganized . It’s been my fourth incident specifically at this restaurant .. all other locations don’t seem to have this problem . 1. Today my online pick up order was forgotten , then went to remind a few times. Then again and again it was queue out of line while the orders go through . 2. Incident ordered a family bucket and they were missing out the wings completely . 3. One time I brought the coupon to use here and the lady here incorrectly applied the promo and jokingly said ur still getting a discount even though she didn’t want to correct her own mistake . This location should be avoided if possible
