  This is one of their better locations and if I could specify my DoorDash orders to come out of this location it would be ideal. But I'm over by the Danforth and the DoorDash KFC location by me is the Gerrard Square location which have a lack of basic hygiene as well as basic math and common cooking ability. Like when I order the LARGE bucket of fries, I expect it to somewhat look like the overflowing pictured. And this location brings the fries to the top of the bucket. The Gerrard Square location only fill their bucket to half or less. We're paying for a full bucket but they only give us half or less. I don't own a car and I have mobility issues which is why I opt for DoorDash when I feel like KFC. But luckily I was in the area so I dropped by. Though they made me wait 25 mins for a new batch of chicken to be cooked. I didn't mind because it would be a fresh batch and there is plenty of seating in the mall to sit and wait. P.S. because I have no car, I TTC it home. When I get home the chicken and fries are on the soggy side. So into my oven style Airfryer they go for 10 mins at 350°F... just to crisp them back up.

  One of the better kfc around. Chicken is crispy and not oily. Service is good and friendly (asking everyone waiting for their number instead of ignoring) despite the busyness. They gave me a big crunch burger when they ran out of popcorn chicken! I would choose this branch over the overly-greasy-soggy-skin of the Eaton centre one.

  They are so slow with their orders . Ive ordered on phone to get my order early still they won’t prepare it until i reach there in person. I will order a small snack order but they’ll give the next person with bigger order first until i go to them and ask them.Totally waste of time

  I had a great experience at this KFC location in Canada. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. My order was taken quickly, and the service was fast and efficient. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. I really appreciated the helpful attitude of the team and the excellent customer service. I would definitely visit again and recommend this KFC to others.

  This is the worst KFC I’ve been to. I ordered the avocado chicken quesadilla. As soon as I opened it I saw that it was just a cold soft quesadilla with some wilted lettuce, cubes of rotten tomatoes and 2 small pieces of chicken the size of a dime. Within seconds I returned and asked for a refund. The cashier and another staff saw it and agreed it wasn’t to standard and offered to make me something else. I repeatedly asked for a refund saying I don’t want anything else. They insisted that they can do better and make another one. I reluctantly agreed because people were watching and I didn’t want to look ungrateful that they were trying to make it right. As one of the employees started to make another one I could hear another female staff (the manager) yelling at her from behind the wall to put less chicken. When I heard this I felt bad for the girl and told her again to stop and just give me a refund. She didn’t stop and her manager kept yelling at her. It was very unprofessional and cowardly to be yelling at her staff about too much chicken from behind a wall. I asked again that I didn’t want it and just wanted a refund so I can be on my way. The girl staff continued to make it and then put it in the grill (btw: didn’t melt anything- I don’t think their equipment works). Just as the employee was about to give it to me the manager came out from behind the wall and unwrapped my quesadilla and told her employee that it was too heavy and then she put it on a scale. She reprimanded her telling her it shouldn’t be more than 5 ounces and this one was 6 ounces. She said the standard is 5 ounces. (Which confirms that my original one was no more than 3 ounces because there wasn’t anything in it !!). She humiliated her employee. The manager then started arguing with me saying that the original one was done right. I said I showed it to the other staff before they threw it out and they agreed it wasn’t done right - even other customers nodded in agreement. The first one quesadilla didn’t look anywhere close to the picture advertised. I told the manager AGAIN, I don’t want it - just give me a refund so I can leave. With anger and sarcasm in her voice the manager said “it’s too late now, this one is already made”… and then she slid it across the counter in my direction. The two employees were polite and trying to make it right but the manager was very very rude!! No apologies!! Horrible service!! Manager was condescending with customers!! Mistreating her employees. Going out of her way to scam customers with low quality products and cheating them out of what is advertised. And forcing her employees to cheat customers. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the first quesadilla because I didn’t think I would be writing this review. Good luck!!
