  Got an online order, let us wait for at least half an hour and told us they need 10min, after which told us they still need another 20min. Terrible...

  I visited this location on April 21 and placed an order through the KFC app for pickup. After arriving home and checking my order, I realized that the staff forgot to include a gravy sauce and one dipping sauce that I had paid for. I contacted KFC customer service through both email and phone, and the issue was reported. However, the location somehow closed the case without providing any solution and marked it as “resolved.” I spoke with KFC support multiple times, but they told me there was nothing they could do other than reopen the case and wait for the store to contact me. Despite requesting follow-up several times, I never received any phone call, email, apology, refund, or replacement from the location. At this point, I am still missing the items I paid for, and the complete lack of communication or accountability is extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring the customer afterward and closing the issue without resolution is unacceptable.

  I ordered 3 pieces of chicken combo, to get two "small" drumstick, and ( one of the flat boney part on the edge of chicken thighs), this is not my first time to have issues with this location, add on top of that, they prioritize the delivery guys over the costumes standing in line. Those people are dishonest, they don't follow the standard portion. Treating costumers unequally!

  ******* ALWAYS OUT OF MACARONI SALAD ******* Over the past 2 months, 3 separate online orders showed up without it because they were out but they didn't state that as a warning. If we had known, the orders would have been cancelled. This doesnt even include the multiple times we have gone there or called this location, only to find out they were completely out of macaroni salad still, and no one working there knew when they would be restocked It's not a shortage issue within KFC because every other location has it on hand I have no issues with the workers in particular because the ladies who take orders are very friendly It just seems to either be a lack of inventory order training or perhaps someone there is giving them all away lolol

  Would give a 0 if I could. I ordered online but never got the food. Went to the location to ask about it few days after and the manager wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t get any refund.
