  Had my worst KFC ever yesterday here… Ordered 10$ fried chicken wings special and it was ok. What surprised me was their coke which tasted like it was opened days ago with no carbonation at all. The lettuce in the wrap was not fresh at all. You can’t see any effort in making the food.

  Last time I visited this place. I dunno know what's going on here, but the food we got tasted funny. – And, surely enough, I have upset stomach now. Do yourself a favor and walk a few meters further to get food with actual fiber in it. For a budget-friendly healthy option, Farm Boy across the parking lot offers salads and has a kinda micro food court near the cashiers.

  I ordered something else but got a different order. I wait more than 40 mins and got wrong order.Many other people are waiting also long time. They need more crew. Only 2 people are working here. And the service is super slow. They don’t have even nankins. I don’t to come to next time on this place. They disappear my hunger.

  This location leaves much to be desired. The staff often disappear for minutes at a time and when they do show up, they're not particularly friendly. The waits for food are too long. The space is often dirty and unkempt. Lots to improve here.

  Went at 9pm on a Tuesday. Not busy but the tables were dirty, garbage bins were overflowing, the self-serve kiosk allowed you to make your order but the POS wouldn’t take our payment. So we went to the cash register and made our order all over again. There were two young women taking our order and assumed one was being trained. Didn’t have any iced tea either so we ordered water and my mum ordered apple juice. We got our meals and no apple juice. My daughter went to the counter and had to wait a few minutes for the two servers to acknowledge her. Got the apple juice. I cleaned the table myself with some hand sanitizer and napkins. The food was good and when we finished decided to use the toilets. Only two single person washrooms for the whole restaurant. One had an automatic door but it didn’t work. Walked in and the toilet paper holder ( big one with two giant rolls) was sitting inside the toilet bowl. I told the servers who seemed shocked but as they were taking another order couldn’t do anything about it. I waited for the second bathroom that was occupied by my daughter. She came out and said there were tiny bugs slowly crawling around the drain and near the toilet. Never in my life have I been in such a disgustingly gross and dirty restaurant. Either more training is needed or more staff to handle all the proper cleaning required at a busy restaurant. Hope it’s better when you go!
