Terrible service; never even got to taste the food because after waiting for 15 minutes, they called my name and said it would be another 25 minutes!! Meanwhile, food delivery was getting there chicken, even after my order. No cashier, only a kiosk to order and then staff are no where.

Giving a 3. Service was great and the place was clean. Chicken was very disappointing. You only get half of a thigh, half of a wing and a quarter of a breast. KFC does not give full pieces of chicken anymore and they haven't for years. Their gravy is very bland, no flavor and had to add some salt and a bit of liquid chicken bouillon. The fries were nice and crispy but tasted like they were deep fried in DAYS OLD oil. Only purchased as they had coupons.

25 mins wait for 4 pieces of chicken. 1 person working front and 1 in back? Chicken overcooked and dry. Batter hard and falling off chicken.

Ordered the bucket for 2 online deal. Chicken and fries were nice and hot. Super Charger dips are like sriracha/mayo, creamy and spicy. Macaroni salad is a joke and had no dressing on it, just raw elbows. I guess its good they were cooked at all.... That's what you get for min wage and an owner who does not care about anything except his money. He probably told the staff to not put any dressing that cost too much. They also did not send ketchup, napkins, and forks that was asked for with the order.....sad KFC
