  I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt compelled to share it. On a Tuesday special day, there was only one staff member taking orders and one cook working. We waited over 25 minutes just to place our order, then another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. In hindsight, we should have left and gone somewhere else. The wait times were completely unreasonable, and there didn’t appear to be any effort to manage customer expectations or communicate delays. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and not a good use of our time or money. I would recommend taking your hard-earned money elsewhere.

  So slow, but I keep coming back because of the price. Once I was shocked when an order came in 5 minutes. Usually the wait is 10-20 minutes for a simple order. Order online 20 minutes before you show up. Even then you have to wait. I am writing this now after waiting for 20 minutes for one popcorn chicken crave and save. So many people here in the same boat. Saturday at 8pm and they are understaffed. Online order 20 minutes early is the only way to go. At this point I may just walk away from my $5.00 meal.

  very slow service. Even in the Tuesday, there was only one person to take orders and packing and dispatch to delivery. There was only one cook working and he was having extreme hard time. I waited 35 minutes to get my simple order

  Ownership/management has criminally understaffed this place turning it into unsanitary nightmare and youll end up waiting uo to 25 minutes for a 2 piece meal sometimes if they completely dont mess up your order. The brand KFC is already in the dumps and this location highlights why. This location survives on the fact it's the only real non-pizza fast food joint in the area. If any decent competition that isn't pizza moves in it's dead in the water.

  I complained about this to KFC customer service, but I have not received any update from them so far. I feel that KFC no longer cares about its customers. That is why I am writing this review, so people in my neighborhood can be aware of this location. I visited this place on May 19 at around 10:00 PM. Based on the experience I had, I do not feel the team leader was representing Canadian values of customer service and respect. I have rarely met someone so rude. In short, I placed my order through the kiosk. Later, they refused to provide an item that was clearly shown in the menu picture on the kiosk. I shared my concern with the employee at the front counter and requested that she call someone responsible. She called a lady who was wearing a mask. That lady was extremely rude to me and repeatedly ignored my requests for an explanation as to why the item was being refused. She treated me disrespectfully and then suddenly walked away in the middle of our conversation, which I found very insulting. Afterward, I reported the entire incident to KFC customer service, but to this day I have received no response or update. We go to your restaurant to buy food, not to be treated with disrespect and humiliation. If you do not care about your customers, then we will no longer care about your business!
