  I ordered a four-piece chicken meal, but two of the pieces were extremely small, and the other two were basically just bones and fat. Honestly, it was very unpleasant and disappointing. When I brought this to the lady’s attention, she simply told me, “That’s what it is, unfortunately.” I understand that the pieces may vary in size, but receiving two pieces that were mostly bones and fat is not reasonable, especially for a four-piece meal. I paid for chicken, not mostly bones and fat. I’m very disappointed with the quality and the way my concern was handled.

  Came here this Tuesday. The worst place in Fairview mall. Everyday after work when I come here they don’t have anything to serve . Why do you advertise as you’re closing by 9 when it’s always closed by 8:40. Came here to order some chicken the north Indian lady who calls herself the manager here said they’re closed, at 8:42 ? Is kfc not paying them to work beyond 9 or they just wanna close early and chat in the back like they did today. I hope this message reaches higher authority. Im gonna come again hope this issue is fixed or help me reach someone higher. I wish Google reviews allowed me to give 0 starts but that just wasn’t possible here.

  If incompetence were a person, this would be her. This woman is supposedly the manager of this KFC. I initially placed my order with another associate, who made mistakes with my order twice and explained that she was still in training. I wasn’t upset or agitated about it at all. In fact, I felt bad for the young lady because I couldn’t understand why a manager would put someone in a customer-facing position without ensuring she had adequate training and support. The young associate eventually called the manager over. I explained the situation to her, including the fact that I was being charged more for a combo that was actually less expensive than what I had originally been charged. I calmly explained the situation again, but unfortunately, it seemed to go completely over her head. At that point, I simply asked for a refund and decided I no longer wanted the order. The manager then looked at me and said, “I need our food back in order for you to get your money back. You can’t just eat for free.” I explained to her that the food was literally sitting on the table directly in front of her and that I had not left the establishment. I was simply asking for my money back because the order and pricing had been handled incorrectly. I then asked for her name so I could file a formal complaint. Her response was: “We don’t wear name tags because of people like you.” That statement alone speaks volumes. I am not posting this because I want anyone to lose their job. Mistakes happen, and people deserve the opportunity to learn. But management requires a certain level of professionalism, communication, patience, and basic customer service. This interaction demonstrated none of those qualities. If KFC Corporation happens to see this, I strongly encourage you to review what happened at this location. I don’t believe everyone should be punished for one person’s actions, but someone representing your brand in a managerial position should understand how to communicate with customers and handle a simple customer-service issue with professionalism and decorum. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and, quite frankly, a disgraceful representation of the KFC brand.
