  The fries they have is so fresh and better than other locations of KFC. But it is sad that this location doesn’t have coleslaw!

From the moment I placed my order, she was welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. Mini demonstrated great attention to detail, handled my order efficiently, and ensured everything was prepared correctly. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made my visit enjoyable and memorable. Even during a busy period, she remained courteous, patient, and focused on providing outstanding service.   I had one of the worst experiences ever with KFC. I placed an order on the app for two chicken wraps during a promotion, and the app showed a “network error.” Fine — these things happen. But guess what? My credit card was still charged. I went to the store and the staff told me they never received my order and asked me to place it again. So I did. Now I’ve been charged TWICE for the same order. And to make it worse, the “pending” charge has now been fully posted. So basically, I paid double and got zero help. The only option left for me is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is beyond unacceptable — it feels like outright theft. Completely shady and dishonest. Never coming back. Blacklisted for life.
