Our waitress Melanie was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and excellent service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She checked in at the right times, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had thanks to her!

I went into Kelly's on Saturday night to sit at the bar and watch the game. Sarah was bartender alone for almost the entire time I was there. The bar seats were almost full so she was very busy plus doing drinks for the restaurant. She did all stsying calm and really was awesome. Thank you Sarah. I decided to write this though because it was frustrating as a customer to see her get no help from anyone. As customers left, there was no one helping clear. At one point I guess a manager came over to the bar to "help". A guy walking around with his glasses on his head all night (sunglasses??). Whatever... instead of helping clear the bar and get it ready for new customers... like do the really helpful stuff a manager should do... he ended up asking her how to make my martini... so now she is busy running drinks and making drinks, plus now has to coach the manager on how to make another drink. As far as I could see.. that was the only thing he did and never came back again. Sooo to be clear... Sarah was awesome... management needs serious training on how to actually manage and support your staff. Alot of standing around chatting but not alot of time actually doing anything. As a customer and someone who knows a little about what good management looks like... I was actually offended by the lack of support.

We had such a great experience at Kelly’s Landing on April 25 and 26. The food and service were excellent both days, and the team truly went above and beyond to help make my husband’s birthday weekend special.
A special shout out to our server, Julia, who was fantastic on Saturday. She was friendly, attentive, organized, and handled our group so well. We also had wonderful service on Sunday, though I’m sorry I can’t remember our server’s name.
Thank you for helping make the celebration so memorable!

On May 13, my friend & I went for lunch and had the immense pleasure of being served by Garry. His very friendly & professional attitude was commendable. He made every attempt to ensure we enjoyed our lunch. He offered some auggestions & alternatives - given that I am dairy-free. He is a real gentleman, a true asset & a real testimonial to your organization. We hope to have him again as our server in the near future. Tami & Louise

I’ve been to Kelly’s Landing quite a bit mostly because of convenience for Union Station and game night.
I have to say that this restaurant Has the worst system for getting a table that I have experienced in the city of Toronto. If you’ve been there, you know that when you walk up to the door, you’ll be greeted by at least four stunned employees that when asked if you have a table will give you a confused look as if you’ve asked for a three headed chicken.
I could list many examples, but I will use one from yesterday.
Walk into the restaurant that was not busy after the lunch rush wanted three people in the bar area. It had at least 18 tables free lots of seats at the bar, but we were told no tables available so we were walked to the back of the restaurant and got a table there.
Whoever is training, the front employees should be relieved of their job. The employees at the front are stunned have no clue and are just really really really confused.
The food is OK but it’s just production kitchen so anyone that gives out a five is obviously never eaten at a real restaurant
Beer menu is pretty limited and never changes
The private dining area is like an aquarium, so don’t bother going there if it’s a large group. They can’t accommodate anything that isn’t in the middle of the chaotic mess.
Restaurant is extremely loud lots of people walking back-and-forth toting tubs of dishes, things like that really no courtesy of the people dining around you.
So if you haven’t got it now, I really don’t recommend this place. It’s a typical crappy Toronto restaurant that is just leaning on the fact that it’s not a good location. There’s lots of other places you can go just look around.
