    Great location! The cashier was sweet, friendly, and super welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, tasted great, and was prepared quickly. I’ll definitely be back!

    One of my favourite Harvey’s locations. I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade. Parking is easy, right in front of the door. Limited on wheelchair accessible spots (1) but I do find several of the other parking spots work well for wheelchair accessibility. The staff are great. One older lady has been a staple employee here for years. She’s awesome! I love seeing her. She provides good service. The restaurant is usually very clean. Washrooms don’t gross me out! And better yet, they don’t smell like urine! Sorry, I’m getting tired of public bathrooms being overwhelmed by smells. Not the case here. Thank goodness. Generally the atmosphere is quiet in this restaurant. The only exception would be during the school year at lunch time. This restaurant is overrun by teen children from the local school. Sometimes they behave. However, I’ve observed the opposite of good behaviour from these kids. I’ve witnessed groups of children (who have no money) physically assault and rob children who do have money (going to this restaurant). I’ve witnessed groups of these kids swarm others pushing, shoving, stomping on their homemade lunches. Running amok in the store. It’s such a problem that the Harvey’s staff have tried to bar non-paying students from the store to prevent the assaults and abuse. Harvey’s staff have even gone to the local school to address the problem. The school helped briefly but these kids still leave the school grounds and conduct themselves in mannerisms that are disgusting to witness. I’m watching children throw their drinks on the floor so the staff can clean it up while they demand another drink (so they can give it to their friend with no money). The Harvey’s staff has tried, the school barely tried and the parents do absolutely nothing. In fact, some of the children claim the staff lays hands on the children. Absolute lies!!! Trust me, from what I witnessed, several of these children should be in jail. If you’re a parent to one of these kids. I’d like to invite you to Harvey’s at lunch time during the school year. So you can see how your kids and their classmates behave when they’re unsupervised. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!!! 😡

    My Angus burger and chicken burger was very well cooked and garnished to spec . Not forgetting about the onion rings 👌.Thank you Amina and Team .

    I just grabbed lunch with my daughter and one meal to go. The Indian lady who takes the order is nice and polite, so was the guy who was handing over the food. After finishing, went to get a packet to take the extra food with me, it wasn’t busy but the young lady was busy with another customer. She noticed me but ignored and walked away.Tried to get her attention to just grab a bag that’s put at the front cause it was accessible to customers, she yelled loudly “can you ask first?” I said I tried to get your attention but you didn’t work, without saying anything she just looked away. When I was leaving I went to her and said it was just a bag you don’t need to yell, again she started screaming “you’re rude” and repeating it over and over, I decided to let that go because I was with my toddler as I walked towards the door she screamed again you’re rude! So I decided to talk to the Indian lady, she just said sorry which I understand what else can she do? All this time this lady came even closer and closer yelling you’re rude 2-3 times, so I said Stop! She kept going I started walking out she was still screaming from the counter while I am opening the door! I looked back and said ‘wow’ and I saw the guy saying “just go please”. I wouldn’t have left if it wasn’t for that guy and my toddler….the staff should have asked her to stop yelling the place is full of kids but this lady couldn’t care less…would not go back and do not recommend this place for not training their staff. I do understand that they should each other’s back but when they know they have a colleague who clearly has problems and can lose it for a paper bag and scream for a full 5 minute….absolutely not.

    1st time ever visiting a Harvey’s location. The men’s washroom was absolutely filthy. The floor of the restaurant was dirty and felt like they haven’t been mopped for years. We really wanted to enjoy the food but it was cold. Will not return again.
