- RKR Kapu2 days ago1.0Worst experience at this location. I came here around 9 PM, even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 12 AM. We ordered burger and asked for vegetables with our order, only to be told that they didn’t have any. What was more disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. There was no apology or even an attempt to explain the issue. Instead, the staff made us feel like we were being asked, “Do you want the order or not?” It honestly felt like they simply didn’t care whether we were satisfied or not. Things can run out, and that’s understandable. But how you communicate with customers makes a huge difference. A simple apology and a little effort would have completely changed the experience. If this is the kind of customer service being provided, then what’s the point of staying open until midnight? The food is only one part of running a restaurant, customer service matters just as much. Very disappointing, especially when the restaurant was still open for several more hours.
