The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure my order was exactly right and that I had everything I needed. Even during a busy time, they stayed professional and welcoming with every customer. It’s clear that they truly care about providing a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, but the exceptional service is what really stood out and will keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the amazing staff!

Burger tasted exactly like the one I had last month, same char on the patty, same crisp toppings. Fries were hot, prices haven't crept up like everywhere else downtown. Honestly my go-to lunch spot in Kingston now.

Every single time I come here Maiefia and Basil are always hardworking, attend to customers quickly, and always get your order right, I would honestly rate them both a 10/10. Everytime I come here its always a good experience. I'd always recommend it!
