I went in to use the restroom, but the staff bluntly refused and said it was only for customers. What made it worse was that I clearly told her I was planning to order right after washing my hands, yet she still refused without any consideration. The way this was handled felt cold, rude, and completely lacking basic human decency. I understand businesses have policies, but showing zero flexibility or empathy—even when a customer is willing to make a purchase—is unacceptable. This place felt unwelcoming and unfriendly, and it left a very negative impression on me. Customer service should be about respect and understanding, not just rigid rules. I will definitely avoid coming back and would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

She handled everything with a smile, kept things moving smoothly, and made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable.
