- AAAdam1 day ago1.0Long wait when it’s not busy and horrible food. Not only is the wrap I got square, but the wrap wasn’t grilled like they advertise. Last time I ordered I got a burger instead of a wrap even though the receipt on the bag was mine.

The service meaning the cash and who dresses my food they are pretty nice. The place itself is clean love that. My biggggest issue which I even saw today as to why I tossed my food away was the fact the cooks never wear gloves in the past I have asked for them to wear gloves which they did *they seemed annoyed but sorry. But when you see people touching meat putting it on the grill no gloves then touching all the buns no gloves then grabbing the chicken strips no gloves then touching your nose is legit notttt okay. Honestly it made me start travel to the next Harvey's when I had a craving just today was to hot to travel but seriously after what I saw this person do I had to toss my food.

For some reason they didn’t accept Amex so I offered to pay cash. Muhammad looked confused like the first time he saw a 100 dollar bill, he said then they have no change but also that they had a lot of fraud and they didn’t take large bills. Too bad they don’t care to carry change in their register
