We love it here. One suggestion: in our second-last visit, a year ago, the poutine was great. Today (July 5th '26) we tried the Green Poutine, and the gravy was skimpier in terms of volume and mushroom count.

Here is a quick draft you can use:
Great food and even better service. Everything we ordered came out fresh and delicious, but what really made the experience was our server, Spencer. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and looked after us perfectly the whole time. Definitely coming back!

Went for lunch last weekend, will not be going back. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant, and had to get an upgrade on literally every part of her burger because none of the basic choices were GI friendly. There was hardly any sauce on the burger so she asked for bbq sauce.
When we got the bill, they had charged her 2.60$ for the sauce. Absolutely not worth it when there are better options so close.

I love the food at Fresh - I go both to this one and the one near St Lawrence market regularly. Unfortunately, tonight, I witnessed 3 cockroaches crawling around on the floor, by the baseboards.
I did bring it to the waiter's attention and, to his credit, he tried killing one and said he'd bring it to management's attention. But, still, EWWWW. It wasn't just one, they were a gang, and there are probably more. This restaurant needs to address this problem ASAP.

Really strange dine-in experience. Those who are ordering to go, pick up and to sit in have to line up at the same place, which in our case was a good ten minutes, even if the place was mostly empty. Our waitress did not bring water to the table - in fact, there was no water at any table at all, even if it's the middle of the summer. We ordered from the happy hour menu, pointing at the items: one heartbeet juice with ice, one ipa and one shared bowl of miso fries with extra sauce, and we also requested water. The waitress read the order back to us, and she had noted "one rainbowberry, two ipas". We corrected her, she sent the order to the kitchen, and then came back with an IPA and a lukewarm heartbeet juice. No ice, no water to be seen.
Twenty minutes later, one of her colleagues brought the order she had put through - a bowl of broccoli (???). We send it back, and minutes later the same colleague comes back with the fries, but with barely any sauce - only oil. We have to request the extra sauce, again. Still no water, or ice.
We finish the fries, she comes over, we ask again for the water, and instead of getting fresh water she reaches out to pre-filled lukewarm caraffes that were on a shelf behind her. The water was still, but had been resting for so long that little bubbles were already forming inside. It was body-temperature. No ice to be seen anywhere.
The thing is, this waitress was very nice and kept checking in through the entire thing, she just kept mis-ordering or mis-remembering a very simple, three-item, from the basic happy hour menu, and forgetting basic restaurant hospitality items like water and ice.
I would suggest having at least two lines at the entrance (one for pick-up, one for sit-in) to make the process of sitting in quicker, serving fresh water at the table by default and triple-checking the orders before sending them to the kitchen.
