  I'm sorry for this late review. We went to East Side Mario's last year for my wife's birthday, on a Saturday evening. We brought our dog, and we sat on the patio. Our two servers ("Darya" and "Derek") were so kind and friendly, which made for a quite enjoyable and pleasant evening. We received excellent service from start to finish. They were also so sweet to our dog and able to match our dog’s energy. Darya gave her a lot of loving attention and brought her a separate bowl for water. The food was also excellent. Some items we ordered were The Cheesy Spinach Dip, the Roasted Garlic Tomato Soup, Mario’s Chicken Parmigiana, and Linguine Chicken Tetrazzini. The dip was amazing, the pasta noodles were perfectly cooked, and the chicken for both dishes was also soft and not overcooked. Most of all, they consistently checked up on us to see how we were doing and to ensure we were not lacking anything. When the pasta came, we didn’t even have to ask; I liked how Derek told us to tell him “when to stop” for how much parmesan we wanted. Finally, we ended the evening with a tiny surprise dessert, and with Darya and Derek helping us sing and wish my wife a happy birthday. I have already told many people of this location, and my family and I plan to make visiting this restaurant a regular occurrence. Thank you so much for the great time. Once again, everything about the experience was outstanding. The servers were wonderful humans with so much positive energy, the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, and we applaud management for everything they’re doing right over here.

  I had my daughters 7th birthday party here with all of her dance friends. I requested all the food orders prior to arrival. We were seated and food was served within 5 minutes! Betsy was our server and made magic happen. She was kind, organized, accompdating and went above and beyond to make sure the party ran smoothly. We brought our own dessert and she suggested we serve it on their robot that sings happy birthday! All of the meals were correct, she knew every girls name and where they were sitting for their meals, drinks and desserts. I didn’t have to worry! I jokingly told Betsy I would love for her to visit my household so she could run it smoothly. I would 100% come back and do this again, all because of Betsy. Thank you!

  We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had the absolute BEST experience thanks to Besty! She was amazing from start to finish …brilliant, hilarious, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed the entire night. She went above and beyond to make the celebration special and kept us laughing the whole time. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was perfect, and Besty truly made the night unforgettable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. Honestly, give this woman a raise immediately because she is an absolute gem!   I had an outstanding dinner at East Side Mario’s this week, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our amazing servers, Darya and Betsy! From the moment we walked in, Daria greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and had us seated right away. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made perfect recommendations (the chicken parmesan was fantastic, and the pasta was cooked exactly how I like it). Betsy was equally wonderful — super friendly, quick with refills, and had a great sense of humor that made our whole table laugh. They worked together seamlessly as a team, which made the service feel effortless and personal. The food was hot and delicious, the portions were generous (as always at East Side Mario’s), and the restaurant had a lively but comfortable vibe. But what really made the night special was Daria and Betsy. They didn’t just serve us — they took care of us. In a world where good service can be hard to find, these two went above and beyond. If you’re heading to the East Side Mario’s location, ask for Daria or Betsy. You’ll be in excellent hands. Can’t wait to come back soon! Highly recommend!

  Great experience at East Side Mario’s, and the service was the standout part of the visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We were greeted right away and seated quickly, even though it was fairly busy. Our server Betsy was attentive, friendly, and checked in at just the right times. They were knowledgeable about the menu, made helpful recommendations, and made sure our drinks and bread were always topped up. What impressed us most was how smoothly everything went—our food arrived hot and on time, and any small requests we had were handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Overall, this East Side Mario's location delivered not just good food, but excellent customer service that made the whole meal more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d return to because of how well we were treated.
