    Genuinely pleasant experience and almost too much food. Betsy was also one of the best servers I've ever had. I'm a vegetarian, so I'm used to not being able to share any food with the rest of the group. But she made sure that any dish (like the salads) came with the meat on the side instead of already in the food. We also never had to request a refill, becuase she always came with a new drink. All in all, awesome service.

    I remember coming here with my friends three years ago and having a great experience, so recently I brought my parents. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We were told that because we were only three people, we couldn’t sit where we wanted. Then, when we asked about the special, the waiter said we had to order all 3 , pasta to get the deal, so we felt pressured into ordering it. Since I wanted a pizza. We waited 20–25 minutes, and the food was disappointing—no protein or barley chicken, and none of us even wanted a refill. We were also pressured to order drinks we didn’t want. The manager came over multiple times when I looked unsatisfied , and my parents were polite and said everything was okay, but honestly, it wasn’t. The place feels very different from what I remember, and I believe the new management has really changed the experience. I even left a tip, which honestly wasn’t deserved.

    The server we had tonight qas Betsy. Came here with a group of 17 people. Due to weather a lot of people came later than our reservation and trickled in but they were patient enough to add a table and seats when needed. Betsy was very well organizing the big group we had. She asked for each of our names and had our order properly taken down. She didnt miss a beat on giving us our bread, soup and drinks. The night was made wonderful and smooth thanks to Betsy's amazing organizing skills.

    East Side Mario’s is one of my favorite places for Italian food! I’ve been coming here with my family for a long time, and we always have a great experience. The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, lasagna, pasta, and pizza — honestly, there are so many good choices that it’s hard to pick just one favorite! Everything is always flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. What I really love is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to bring the whole family, and the kids absolutely love it too. The staff are friendly, the service is great, and you can really relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Whether you’re going for a family dinner, a casual meal, or just craving good Italian food, East Side Mario’s is definitely a place I would recommend. We always leave happy and looking forward to coming back!

    My family and I have been coming to this location for years, usually as an excuse to light-heartedly celebrate a “special”occasion like a birthday, or a completed goal. This restaurant is not exactly nearby, we’re not people who can spend money to eat out whenever we want. Choosing to eat at this restaurant, this location, is a deliberate choice that is always satisfying. The food is always warm and familiar. It’s not fine but rather familial dining that thrives through its comfort. The staff are always welcoming and kind. They’re the type to make life feel like less of a chore for the time you spend there. Back to comfort; they feel like a family member or close friend. Your big sister, your hilarious cousin or cranky yet loveable uncle. We’ve had Darya as a server more times than not, and while everyone has been incredible, I feel inclined to highlight her service. She is someone who carries more weight than she lets on. You can see how much effort she puts into supporting her fellow staff, while also maintaining a swift rhythm from customer to customer. She’s never still, always making sure things get done. It’s nice to see someone who makes sure the little things are taken care of before they’re even brought up. No matter how busy or how quiet, her energy feels like summer, uplifting and bright. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand that there are days where you’re exhausted, and your smile feels sore. If we’ve ever been served on one of those heavy days, Darya has never let on. That’s a gift that everyone around her is lucky to be touched by and I can only hope it’s recognized and appreciated. It’s rare to leave home and feel like everything is well and right. In the world of today there’s always an unease, a melancholy that dampens the air. If you have the opportunity to grab a bite at this location, in my experience, you’ll be leaving with a memory that feels like a hug.
