  Worst location in GTA. Really poor customer service the workers do not care. Very little care put into the food, especially blizzards. Price keeps going up but less and less toppings go into it. A lot of toppings they “don’t have” or just don’t wanna pull out after they run out. Avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere.

  Poor experience at this DQ location. Servers rung up the wrong order twice, and after correcting them I still received the wrong order, just a burger when I asked for a combo. The burger I got had a frozen onion on it, and a patty so cold the cheese didn't melt. It was inedible. Also, the bathroom was disgusting, there was waste all around the rim of the toilet, no paper towel, and the sink faucet handles were covered in.. something. Not a pleasant experience overall.

  I wish Google would let me leave 0 stars because that’s what I actually want to do. This is the nastiest DQ I have ever seen in my whole life. Service was absolute garbage as well. We asked for a tray and lids and the girl working cash just threw a few Sunday cups towards us. Not to mention she handed us spoons the wrong way and had her palms enclosed around all of them. Very unsanitary. The blizzards were also overflowing like we couldn’t even pick them up and I have ice cream all over my clothes somehow and I haven’t even began eating it. Not to mention another customer walking out complained his stomach wasn’t feel right after eating his blizzard. DQ needs to check up on this location because I thought they were better than this

  This Dairy Queen is dirty. The counter where the deserts are assembled was filthy. The soft serve ice cream was clearly not prepared correctly as everyone's cones were limp and falling over. Clearly, there is temperature problem with the machine. Did I say the place is filthy?

  On a sunny Sunday with two on staff and line out the door ?? we wanted to have lunch also but went elsewhere so they lost out on the sale. Staff was friendly and did their best, our blizzards were good, but management need to get it together and take advantage of the warm days, Mcdonalds is not that far away.
