The quality of the food was absolutely unacceptable—bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect from Chipotle. I genuinely should have read the reviews before coming here because the number of negative experiences clearly isn’t a coincidence. This location is a complete disappointment. When a restaurant consistently delivers food this poor, management needs to take a serious look at what is going on. Honestly, it was bad enough that I left wondering how this place is still operating at this standard. The Danforth location needs a major overhaul, from food quality to overall standards. Save yourself the frustration and read the reviews before deciding to eat here.

My burrito was made so fat that it was almost impossible to eat as it fell apart, I usually order bowls so I am not sure id this is usual. All of the food, including chips, was too salty. The chips were randomly very salty and some very bland.
