They need some serious retraining. I asked for fresh chicken… they stirred the old chicken with a spoon and mixed in chicken from the takeout section.
- SSade *Sep 16, 20261.0Along with the pollo asado, I ordered guac and chips. The chips had waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much salt. To avoid having to interrupt my meal, I had to dust off as much salt as I could to finish the chips. I didn't enjoy them.
- CLCindy LKAug 31, 20262.0Suggestion: if a customer asks nicely to confirm if there is cheese in a burrito - because they were answering their child while you were assembling it - maybe don't look at your colleague and roll your eyes because 1) I can see you, 2) it's a simple question and actually very normal and reasonable and 3) it's simply rude.
