Got the double meat and the guy barely put half another scoop. don’t waste your money at this chipotle.

- CKCharles KwokMay 29, 20262.0Came to the Yorkdale location because I was craving a steak bowl. The girl who was scooping the steak gave us two half scoops, realized they were out of steak, took the steak tray to grab more and didn’t give us more after refilling… I asked the next lady if I can have more steak (it was visibly significantly less than the other bowls beside ours) and got charged $6 extra. The “mild” tomato salsa was extremely spicy. I always get the tomato salsa and it is never usually this spicy. It could have been due to the third lady sticking the thermometer in all the toppings and sauces without cleaning it between tests, which also raises concerns about cross contamination and potential allergy hazards between ingredients. Overall big disappointment. I love chipotle but I will probably not be coming back to this location after this experience.

I cannot buy another bowl for $17 and watch the employees add tiny half scoops of food into my bowl. Due to the horrible small portion sizes and unjustifiably high prices I unfortunately will not be coming to this location anymore.

In person is great, however whenever it is online through Uber Eats to get it delivered, why is the quality so horrendous ? I pay fees and such just for it to look like this ? And keep in mind I take the delivering into consideration as well, the other bowl was alright and decent, but why is the other one looking like it had gotten trampled on. And portions are terrible on this one other bowl ?
