  They close down and clean the grill at 10:15! Hello? You are open until 11:00 PM. Why are you cleaning the grill so early. This means they will run out of grilled chicken. It's stupid. Everytime I go there at 10:15 PM and it's always the same thing. There's no more chicken. Who wants to buy a burrito without chicken? Nobody! Stop cleaning the grill so early. I understand you want to go home. But I want chicken!

  There was a giant puddle and a wet floor sign the entire time I was there and no tables were wiped down. Is the owner so cheap they don't own a mop, a cloth or can spare or add 1 staff member to ensure basic sanitary issues are dealt with in their food establishment? Edit: I saw their reply and I have no interest in contacting them directly about it. They can either resolve the issue or not resolve their issue and it's up to them to figure out how they want to run their business.

  This was first time at Chipotle ever. I wasn’t sure what to get so I decided on a bowl. You obviously get to choose what you want in the bowl, but the whole experience felt super rushed. It was lunch time, so I understand that they need to get people in and out but there was no one in line. At the counter, there were 4 people working and asked what you wanted to put in your bowl. I could barely hear what they were asking so I just pointed and yelled what I wanted to get. I get like I had to pick quickly considering how fast they were moving from person to person. The price was $17 as I got guacamole as well which is average for downtown Toronto. Not sure if I would go back. I understand there is a lot of hype with chipotle because of social media, but not sure if it’s worth it. Place was clean which is always a bonus.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff members showed zero professionalism. Their behaviour was unnecessarily rude, disrespectful, and full of negative attitude. It genuinely felt like certain employees were intentionally showing attitude instead of simply communicating with customers in a polite and professional manner. As a paying customer, I do not expect special treatment, but I absolutely expect basic respect and professional customer service. The way the situation was handled was unacceptable and not what anyone should experience at a well-known restaurant like Chipotle. This was not simply a minor customer-service issue. The behaviour and attitude of the staff were concerning enough that I believe management needs to look into what happened and address how customers are being treated at this location. I request that the Store Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, or any higher authority from Chipotle who sees this review please contact me directly. I am willing to explain exactly what happened, including the circumstances and the behaviour I experienced. I hope Chipotle management takes this complaint seriously and follows up, because no customer should be treated this way.

  The service was not it today (July 12th around 8:30pm) Went in with my sister and we were waiting for awhile until someone attended us even though we were the only ones in line and it was not busy. Once we were attended to I mentioned how I was going to be ordering 2 items, one for myself and another for a friend who sent me their order. The lady attending me said okay so she was aware of the situation. Once I finished with the first and went back for the second order the lady completely ignored me ( I say that because we made eye contact a few times and she looked away) and was chatting with her coworkers ASWELL as someone out of uniform standing behind the counter. it wasn’t until a nice gentleman came to help and apologized big props to him. Thank you kind sir🙏🏽as someone who works in the restaurant business this behaviour was very disappointing. I understand if she forgot if it was busy however it was not. The only thing busy was the conversation going on between workers behind the counter. Please be more on top of paying attention to costumers.
