  Chipotle, chipotle, chipotle, where do I begin? We go really far back you and I, I’ve been going to all of your toronto locations for oh so long, and this has to be the worst location amongst them all. Atmosphere: Loud, noisy, dirty, incredibly hard to hear my own thoughts and what I wish to order. I could barely chow down on my honey chicken bowl. Many youth smoking e-cigarettes. Hard to thoroughly consume my food when it’s complimented by blue raspberry ice. Service: So much to say where do I begin. Facial expressions amongst entry, very disturbed, creates an unwelcoming environment. Upon ordering, I requested a bowl and received a burrito (had been thinking about this bowl all day). When asking for my protein, I was extremely overwhelmed by the options and the face paced service. I wasn’t given any time to evaluate my own order or even ask for a side if chips. Extremely disappointed with portion size. Food Don’t know where to begin with this as it is so significant. I will narrow down my thoughts into three words for all categories. Meat - dry, bland, tasteless Beans - wet, chewy, soggy Pico - small, smelly, dry Sauces - not enough, expired? Lettuce - BUG FOUND, tasteless Guac - disappointing Overall not a pleasant experience and doesn’t encourage me to even attempt another order from this location. Even though this was almost 2 years ago it still haunts to this day. After opening my eyes to google reviews, it encouraged me to warn all other citizens of toronto.

  Dont order on the app here, portions are terrible. They have a pick up window but they dont use it and workers wont tend to you in a lunch rush

  used to be my favourite location for the big portions. But the portions have gotten small which is annoying. But the grosses thing ever is the quality. Why are you giving me bricks of fat when I paid for a double portion?? so many gross pieces of just pure fat. This was like the 5th one :/

  Do not order from this location! They consistently put less and less of your chosen protein! I do not know what management is telling this store in particular but why are there 3 small pieces of chicken in a bowl? Imagine paying these prices to not even get a portion of meat due to the stores greed. I will never eat here again. How shameful!

  Absolutely AVOID this place. (specifically 323 Yonge St. Located exactly 1 block north of Sankofa Square, right across from the CF Toronto Eaton Centre) The customer service is terrible, and the portions are incredibly small. My first and only visit. When I give them my complain the manager simply putting lettuce on my food.
