  Went to this location on a Sunday night. Staff was very rude and looked visibly annoyed when asked for things. Left the store feeling disappointed but when I started eating, there was plastic in my food. Chicken was also very dry. This is unacceptable.

  The guy with glasses gives u a whole lotta nothing. Might be the worst worker I’ve ever interacted with. When he’s serving u make sure he Dosent give u scoops of air. Honestly ridiculous 🤦‍♂️

  Staff rush you and don’t even give you enough time to tell them what you want before rushing you to the next topping station. They didn’t ask me if I wanted guacamole, queso, corn, lettuce or pico. They just slopped on sour cream and cheese before I could even say anything about the other toppings. Also ordered the lime sauce unaware that it would be an extra charge, I only realized after I saw the receipt. Honestly you could hire some high schoolers to run this restaurant better. Or maybe get a new hiring manager, I am not sure. The staff are miserable.

  Staff ignored me for several minutes while waiting for a pick up order, after I said excuse me I was given a dirty look and met with a terrible attitude. Both bowls I ordered were severely under filled and cold as well as the fountain drink machine being completely empty. If you want a terrible experience at a chipotle go to this one. Personally I will never return to this location and would rather have a random homeless person kick me in the crotch whilst urinating than waste my money here.

  Smashing IT! 🌮😋🌯 There I was, taking a leisurely stroll along Yonge Street, when suddenly 'out of nowhere' I heard the unmistakable, alluring voice of Cardi B whispering inside my head. At first it was faint, like a distant melody. I paused, listened a little harder, and then… Eureka. Cardi B was summoning me into Chipotle Mexican Grill. At first, I hesitated. The crowds were big, the energy was high, and the staff behind the counter were moving at lightning speed, scooping, grilling, assembling bowls with the precision of culinary athletes. But with Cardi B cheering me on from inside my imagination, I gathered my courage and walked in with the grace of Cinderella arriving at her very first royal ball. The menu? Absolutely enormous. Beautiful. Breathtaking. A whole universe of toppings and flavours waiting to be explored. I stepped up to the counter and ordered the Pollo Asado a deliciously fully loaded with every topping I could possibly get plus their homemade Guacamole and those irresistible corn tortilla chips. Watching the staff prepare my bowl was like witnessing a scene straight out of Harry Potter: ingredients flying, scoops swirling, flavours landing perfectly in place as if guided by a magical wand. And the team? So friendly, so gracious, so warm. I genuinely wanted to hug them. But let’s talk about the food. Wow! Every bite, every morsel, every flavour combination lit up my taste buds a hundred times over. The rice was perfectly cooked, forming a delicious foundation for the black‑eyed peas, the juicy Pollo Asado, the bright hints of lime, the smoky Chipotle hot sauce, the sweet corn, and those crunchy tortilla chips that made every scoop feel like a celebration. The vibe inside was electric a lively crowd united by one shared mission: enjoying great Mexican food at one of the most beloved spots in the city. Chipotle really is that place. So next time you’re strolling down the block and you hear that magical little voice nudging you to step inside, don’t ignore it. Listen. Follow it.
